Me not being the best with tech

Me not being the best with tech, and especially not with a brand new digital process, I really needed to be guided from A to Z. This is exactly what happened with Mike who ran this introductory call WAY above my expectations! Starting with its duration first, since we stayed on line for 2hrs and 40mns!! Thumbs up! And for being so accurate and so patient! This call was worth every penny and I strongly recommend this team so far .

Extremely Disappointing Experience

I joined Hypeddit hoping it would help me grow my music, but the platform has never worked for me from day one. I paid for the PRO plan, and the service was completely unusable due to ongoing technical issues that were never resolved.
I contacted support many times, explaining clearly that the system wasn’t working and that I needed a refund. Instead of addressing my questions, they kept sending the same generic troubleshooting emails, even after I told them repeatedly that I had already done everything they suggested.
To this day, I still haven’t received my refund, even though the service did not function at all and I followed every step they asked for. It feels like they are avoiding the issue instead of helping their customers.
I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of support, the repetitive responses, and the refusal to acknowledge or process my refund request. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Hypeddit.

It always stings getting bad feedback, I'm not gonna lie. Me and my team always put our customers and fellow-artists first and so I'm very sorry that you feel let down.

I just took a look at your customer support messages and here's what I found:

It looks like the problem you ran into was actually with your Meta Ad Accounts. I see your ten messages to us and I see that our team responded to each.

JV offered to hop on a Zoom call with you to help fix the problem in Meta. It just looks like we didn't get a response from you on that. It's totally OK. I'm just wondering if maybe some of our messages went to your spam folder so that you couldn't see them?

I know you're worried about the money you paid and so I can confirm that we send you a full refund. If you didn't get value, we don't deserve your money.

And please know we're still here to help!

I know this Meta setup can be frustrating sometimes, especially if you're dealing with multiple ad accounts. We have helped tons of artists with that and we'd love to see you succeed too!

Just love them ❤️

Hello,
I discovered few month ago the Hypeddit service, it's a fantastic service. Full customizable links ( I wish they develop more feature on it) I also had to talk twice with the customer services for me to understand things better and I had a fantastic support. Plus the video of John on Youtube and on Facebook are really helpfull. SO far I. made a 4 weeks presave campaign and had 200 presave on my song + 110 new Spotify follower , just amazing , Thanks Hypeddit Teams you are amazing !

Campaign launch/FB integration help

Hypeddit's 'support' is outstanding and almost immediate, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you so much, Hypeddit! JV and Charles were right there with answers/suggestions to resolve my campaign issues, especially integrations with Facebook/Meta (which can be so nuanced and a daunting experience to get right). One tip for musicians seeking support is, be clear with describing your issue in the support ticket, and, when that shifts to email responses, provide specific details and screenshots to the good human(s) at Hypeddit, so 'support' can help figure out things more quickly and precisely. Thank you, again, JV and Charles!

Legit and I can see benefits, but too much upselling before you get started

Legit and I can see benefits, but once you're in there's too many pop ups trying to upsell other services to you that I was immediately put off - i just want to trial the service. For example, pop ups to help you develop growth (nice for beginnes in principle) and this comes in the form of their spotify growth pdfs reduced from $200 dollars to $17. It pops up right in front of you and you when clicking off that there is are warning signs like "you dont want this limited offer" - again blocking you from trialling anything whille they try get you to spend more.

If though, you have insta and facebook business all set up then I can see how it could be useful and this could be a nice service that maybe asking them ot do it all (one of the services) and then set a basic budget couldbe worth it, but since I just wanted to trial the service it all felt pointless setting this up for a campaign for a random track (as my test to see what resuslts are achievable before investing more heavily). So to me, Hyppedit did everything to put me off which they believed they were doing to get more revenue. I'll just run my own ad campaign in google now. * please note I edited this review as I felt I was quite harsh in the first iteration * and they responded kindly that felt guilty for being so harsh. I know many people in my songwriting community who use this service and this is how I llearbed about Hyppedit - word of mouth. Its just my experience.

What you saw is called the Spotify Growth Switch. It's a training, not a software feature.

We divided it this way because some artists just want the tools... run ads, create smart links, pre-saves or download gates. And other artists are looking for education on Spotify growth strategies.

It sounds like you're more advanced and so seeing an option to add a training program to your order put you off. Totally get it. Feedback well taken!

That Hypeddit Support Team is awesome–amazing!

I started my music promotion with Hypeddit last year 2025 a few days before Christmas. It was a little tough, technologically speaking, complex to start out, setting up my Hypeddit account and all with a FaceBook Business account for ads and connecting to Instagram too. I'm not very computer-proficient, you could say. However, I had succeeded well. With the help of John Gold's videos to assist and explain the process, I was able to complete the task. Then, the experience was incredible, amazingly landing me on one of Hypeddit's Playlists at no.#50! Just in a week or so! I was ecstatic! I had fans and followers that I NEVER HAD BEFORE.
Yet, the gleam and glitter soon vanished when my Business account in Facebook was hacked and I had to close down my accounts, totally. It was a harrowing experience. I was devastated, to say the least. Nevertheless, I must say that John Gold and his Support Team, especially JV who assisted me, got me through it all, every step of the way. JV's encouragement and follow ups to ensure and assure me that Hypeddit never abandons its artists, assuring phenomenal assistance, support, insight and remedial was crucial. Exceeding pleasantly my expectations, I'm back on my feet and ready to start again. A promising and uplifting experience! Professional, informative, skilled and friendly, caring service I had been given. So, I will always recommend Hypeddit to artists everywhere in the world! Thank you again John Gold and JV!!

Amazing Support from Patrick

I’ve been using HypeEdit for a long time and have invested quite a bit into the platform, so I was worried when I made an accidental purchase. Huge shoutout to Patrick from the support team—he was incredibly kind, professional, and handled my refund request almost immediately. Great to see a company that truly values its long-term users! These dudes are literally artists themselves so it’s awesome to know we’re in good hands.

Amazing service
