Paul is an amazing lovely person who will go out of his way to make sure you don't leave disappointed. For somebody who has large feet this store always surprises me with shoes that are my size.

The customer service I received from…
The customer service I received from the store when the POST OFFICE misplaced my parcel (which was shipped immediately once ordered from Hyped economy) has been remarkable. I had the package redirected to my local post office who then misplaced it. I filed a complaint with Royal Mail (again this was the fault of Royal Mail alone) l and emailed Hyped to make them aware, within 5 minutes of receiving my email Paul from the store had called me and went into problem solving mode! Checked in everyday to see whether the package had turned up and spending an hour on the phone with Royal Mail trying to figure out a solution, the package has since been found! 🎉 I will be collecting it this week but at this point I could open it up to find a dirty rag and still leave a 5 star review, it’s very rare in the age of Amazon and other huge conglomerates to find such a high level of customer service and genuine care for the consumer- I think it bothered him more than it bothered me. It acts as a reminder to try wherever possible to support independent businesses- they do indeed deliver!

Returning customer, very happy.
Have bought in store before so was confident about ordering online and wasn’t disappointed. Paid an awful lot of money for some Jordan 4’s but that’s the sneaker market for you! They weren’t delivered as quickly as I hoped and had to send a message to give them a prod ( hence only 4 stars). but they replied within 30 mins and trainers were with me 48 hrs later. The Jordan’s themselves are spot-on.

Great shop in person and online. The guys in the shop are always so chatty and friendly and they always offer help and advice. So I found them online as I can’t always be bothered to go into town and they seem to be as efficient there too. We will be back without a doubt! My 14 year old wants a job when he’s old enough please!
