Fraudulent Website. They took my money for an Xmas jumper, but the product was never delivered. No response from the merchant despite a number of emails. Live Chat doesn't work. It's a scam. Avoid!
I wouldn’t normally write reviews but I feel compelled to about this company.
Avoid them at all costs. You will NOT receive any product you order from them.
No confirmation email. No reply to an email I sent. Not allowing reviews to be posted. Live chat does not exist. You are essentially giving them money and nothing else. Daylight robbery!
Jumper ordered on November 17th. Took money. No confirmation email. Have sent emails with no response. Avoid at all costs. This site should be taken down. Didn't want to give a single star they don't deserve it!
Despite these reviews, this company website is still "functioning" - I got to the stage of putting in bank details and the site wouldn't go any further. Very worrying and dodgy - will be watching our bank transactions now.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! Ordered on Dec 1st. Its now Jan 19th. No jumper arrived. Credit card charged in full. No response to multiple emails. Absolutely awful.
Do I have to give a star as I’ve been robbed? Ordered next day delivery a week ago still waiting… unless they live on Venus I’m not sure that’s a true commitment. It would have been quicker asking my gran to knit a jumper and she died 20 years ago.
Messaged on live chat and e mail and have not received any response so please look elsewhere or get my gran to knit a jumper and give your money to charity
Joke of a company ordered a Xmas jumper on 29th of November got order number no tracking and nothing back since. Have sent to email's no response not hear by nxt week I want a refund never again.
I ordered a christmas jumper 17th Nov, told delivery would be 3 to 5 working days. Still not arrived (4th Dec)
Tried to track the package on Parcel2Go site but they say that the ref number doesn't exist. Despite emailing Hype jumpers on two or three occasions I get no response whatsoever. There is no phone number!!! I've tried their Live Chat today, no response. Think I've been done over. Not sure how these people sleep at night, pure theft if you ask me
