Servers is shiteee the speeds is slower than was promise and my server windows wasnt even activated i was told to pay $20 to get a key so i could activate it and if you want to cancel the service you have to open a ticket when every other service has a cancel button which i still havent had anyone to answer my ticket stay clear from these guys they should change the name from Hype servers to NO HYPE SERVERS i would give them 0 stars if i could

Had an issue with them in my list not working on the sites promised. They would not refund. I dont reccommend HYPE as unlike other providers, even though Target was stated on their site to work, they will not refund me.

Refunds indicate good faith only. I hope your tech support employee has good manners. I hope you review the ticket so you know what I mean. So as long as there was a misunderstanding and the money was returned I give 4, and the reason for not giving 5 stars is because of the employee whose behavior was bad in responding to inquiries. Thank you, and I also apologize for the misunderstanding that occurred between us
