Extremely poor customer service and liars
Given the risky reviews of this company (aka TechDigital.co.uk) on Google, and against my better judgement, I decided to purchase a phone accessory because they offered a great price and a Paypal checkout. The item was delivered promptly, unprotected in a thin layer of bubble wrap, but they had sent the wrong one. Tried contacting them via email, no response, tried calling, no answer, tried the website contact form and got a brief response saying to return it and I had to pay postage myself. Had to raise a case with Paypal, where they insisted it was the correct product (it was not) and subsequently phoned Paypal before receiving a full refund.
