The website clearly states their return…
The website clearly states their return policy, when I tried to return 2 of the 5 shirts I was told the postage to Vietnam would be too expensive and I should just keep the shirts with no refund. When I pointed out the labels show the items were shipped from NY they went dark. No more replies. The shirts were fun and decent one use quality for a golf event but the service side is horrible.

I placed an order on June 12th. I paid through cash app and was confirmed. I received a communication on Sunday night that Hyperfavor produced my items but cannot send them because Stripe has died (what???) I need to contact them because they are holding my money. Why would Hyperfavor produce my items if they didn’t receive my money???? Long story short. Stripe doesn’t have my money and can’t refund me. Filed a complaint/refund request with Cash app. Hyperfavor refuses to send me my order or produce a refund. Also Hyperfavor said if I want my items they can send me an invoice and I can pay via PayPal. Absolutely not. I already paid. I’m not paying again.

Excellent appearance and first impression of the shirts. Ordering was easy. Size was to be expected and the colors look great. Have not actually worn yet so I do not know how durable they will be. That is the only reason I did not give 5 stars. They will be worn soon at an upcoming golf tournament.

I bought two of the NASA PACE Hawaiian…
I bought two of the NASA PACE Hawaiian shirts prior to the PACE launch.
The pattern and colors are great, but I'm very disappointed in the quality of the shirts. The fabric itself is a very unpleasant plastic fabric. The stitching is low quality as well. The stitches are few and far between. Overall, it's a poorly made shirt.
When I reached out to the company the reply was the offer of a 20% discount. Why would I want a discount on an inferior product?
