I wanted to buy a hot tub as a gift for my wife for giving birth to my son after a very challenging 12 months. I was very certain that it had to be a high quality reputable and reliable brand with a wow factor. After shopping around, it quickly became apparent that Hyperion Hot Tubs were the optimum solution.

The entire end-to-end experience from start to finish exceeded my expectations. Very professional and knowledgable service throughout to help me make the right choice. Several weeks later, Hyperion delivered my 6 seater Legend 6 tub, with mood lighting and sound system to my garden and it was ready for us to soak in 12 hours later. A surprisingly impressive timeline given that demand in the UK is soaring!

Hyperion talked us through all the water checks and made it really easy for us by providing all the chemicals to keep the water safe. My wife also received a selection of vitamin and aromatherapy crystals to help with her recovery.

We love our new hot tub and use it almost daily. The jets are excellent and relaxing and the sound system is fantastic. The lighting after dusk is very impressive and makes it even more enjoyable.

I have already recommended Hyperion to my friends and family.

We couldn't have been more delighted with our hot tub. Construction and removal were quick and smooth; instructions on use very clear and accessible. Terry was incredibly helpful and flexible - we loved it so much that we extended our rental! Many thanks - couldn't recommend highly enough.

We got our Force 5 hot tub at the end of May, best decision we made, in it most days and are thoroughly enjoying it. Terry at Hyperion and his partner delivered, set it up and didn't leave until we were completely happy. They were very helpful and professional and if your thinking of getting a hot tub give them a call. Must also say that their after sales service is second to none which I feel is very important. Highly recommend Hyperion.

Highlight of my birthday with the first family get together since covid started. Terry's hot tub extended the party to the wee small hours. Punctual, spotless and incredibly helpful, hiring the hot tub from Hyperion was a huge success, the quality of the service and type of hot tub was certainly worth the cost.

We hired a hot tub for my daughters birthday that fell over the May bank holiday. We had great communication re delivery. The tub was installed for us and we were talked through the process of testing the water to ensure it is safe. We loved having the tub for a week, it was great fun and thanks to the clear instructions we had no problem looking after it. Collection of the tub was swift. Fantastic experience all round with Hyperion. Terry helped me out right from booking and all through the experience. The website is clear and informative, booking was easy. The communication with Terry was prompt and once he came to the house, set up only took about an hour - he left us copies of all the instructions to keep the hot tub clean which was very helpful. Fantastic service - what to do with the chemicals was well explained so it was much easier to maintain than I would have guessed. Terry is lovely and more than helpful. The hot tub (Orbis) was great for all four of us. We used it over Easter as a holiday pleasure and then when we were back at work to relax. I want one of my own!

I hired the Orbis model from Hyperion Hot Tubs for my wife’s 40th birthday. Terry was really great throughout the process. He was initially fully booked (a good sign) but kept me appraised of the situation and let me know as soon as he had a hot tub available. Set up was quick and easy and Terry was clearly very knowledgable, explaining everything I needed to know about maintaining the tub and providing further information that I could refer to if needed. The hot tub itself was a real gem and we all had a great time in it - especially my 2 kids. Collection of the tub at the end of the hire was again quick and easy with no mess - Terry has all the kit for filling and emptying the tub. I thoroughly recommend using Terry and Hyperion Hot Tubs if you want hassle free hire of a really good quality hot tub. Simon

We hired a hot tub from Hyperion Hot Tubs to celebrate my daughters birthday. Terry was professional and very helpful answering all our questions. He arrived on time and assessed the location options before fully setting up the hot tub. Before leaving he explained the water treatment system and general care rules. He was at the end of the phone during the hire period incase we had any problems and arrived promptly on collection day. Terry did everything and we didn’t have to lift a finger. Overall the quality of the Hot Tub exceeded our expectations and the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend Hyperion in the future.

Hyperion Hot Tubs as a company was just fantastic! So helpful and so responsive, very accommodating! The hot tub itself was just dreamy, perfect for relaxing and playing with my two year old.
Especially in these covid times when we can’t get out and about, it made staying in a lot of fun! Highly recommended!

Fantastic service. Any emails answered immediately and in a friendly manner. The quality of the equipment far exceeded my expectations. It was an absolute treat to have this over Christmas to end what has been a challenging year.

We had a tub just before Christmas. Terry arrived on time and erected the tub very quickly. He took me through the instructions for keeping the water clean (which he allowed me to record - just in case!) when he returned to take it down it was done in a flash.
