No response in 2 years – avoid this site

I signed up on hyperlink.org over two years ago and received only one email asking me to wait for an invitation or acces link. Since then, nothing. I’ve sent multiple emails asking for information or updates and never got a single reply. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time with this site.

Hyperlink waitlist

I was on the waitlist since June 2023. I sent an email and got a reply after a few days and a team member personally added me on LinkedIn for faster communication.

I was able to see a demo and it was amazing. I am beyond excited to try out Hyperlink soon.

Early Interested User

I have been in contact since early 2022. The past year we have been in consistent contact and have been updated throughout the year of the progress of the software. Hyperlink wants to make sure they deliver the most effective and efficient software they can possible produce. According to recent updates they are quite close to a final launch date and are eager to get started as well. This software will be a gamechanger and it would be a mistake to miss out on the amazing opportunity to work with Hyperlink.

We had contact for 1 year.

We had contact for 1 year.
Every single month they lied about everything. Im gonna report them to cyber police.
There are tons of messages, i have screenshots to show to everyone how fake they are.
Report them till the site be down.
Shame on Matta, Tau Ai and others. They don't have even a company and make people believe they work.

ALL THOSE SCAMMERS WRITE COMMENTS WITH 5 STARS! I HAVE PROOFS!

Excited for early access :)

I have been in communication with the founders for a few months via email and LinkedIn and they have been clear and transparent on their progress!

They are releasing their product soon and I’m excited to try it out :)

I was in constant communication with…

I was in constant communication with them up until the beginning of October they kept saying it was going to roll out in October for the client side and sometime this quarter for supply side, I'm not saying it's a scam because anything can happen, but I am saying I do find it odd that the website has not been updated to even reflect anything to do with the client side. Like let's say hypothetically I was a business and I wanted to utilize their service for decentralized cloud computing how would I even sign up for their service, the websites full of links to sign up to be on the supply side but what about the client side... I've signed up for the supply side and I'm willing to allocate four of my 12 servers in the initial launch, but they completely quit responding to any of my emails nearly a month ago and I haven't been able to get a straight answer out of them since mid September

There is hope it will still happen

I have been in contact with their help email and it has been very responsive and has answered my questions, such as when the service will roll out. The answer was October (2022) and I have signed up for it. When they roll out the app that is supposed to be used, that is when people should judge if they are scammers. Do not say they are scam without signing up at the website that clearly says "early access" and give it a chance. Then come here and report on it. I give 4 stars so far based purely on the responsiveness of the help desk emails. I looked forward to seeing how well it does.

EDIT: Like a similar review,I was in contact with them until a certain point in October and then they went silent. I even tried to contact them with a different email and no response. The website has not been updated in any way. It could still roll out but my hopes are drying up.

EDIT 2: I finally got an email back from their support, with them saying they are swamped and apologizing for the delay. They answered more of my questions too so there is hope this is still legit going to roll out. I will keep waiting for it as my CPU (3950X) will do pretty well I think. (11/22/22)
