Mohammed took the time to clearly explain the terms and conditions and guided me through the switching process, making it smooth and hassle-free. I truly appreciated the level of support he provided. The renewal and upgrade of my contract was arranged pleasantly and efficiently by Katarina Pavlovic.

The worst internet provider I have ever had I wish I had never gone with them. My broadband is regularly not working for hours at a time, 6 times this month alone. If you work from home or stream it is unusable. I have phoned up regularly to try and fix it……currently been on hold for an hour. Made complaints but they never get back to you! Rubbish!

Ordering the new broadband was simple and easy.

With regards to installation, David (13093) was excellent and friendly, great communication the day prior to him coming round, he had the router installed in no time, and left no mess.
