Very good shoes

Very good shoes, finally the size 7 fits very good, I have a bunion on my feet and this shoes don’t bother me at all.
Best of all, the 2nd pair was free, I donated the first pair, thank you Hipersoft!❤️

Excellent product and exceptional service

Initially there was a long delay in delivery - which I accepted because there are so many virus-related problems these days. Eventually I contacted Nuve to complain. They hustled to find the glitch and a few days later I got my sneakers. Not only that, but they sent a second pair GRATIS! The shoes are super comfortable, light and supportive. The stretchy uppers are kind to bunions,too. Snazzy sneakers! I'll get a purple pair next.

I had emailed instantly when I placed…

I had emailed instantly when I placed my order because the 3rd pair I wanted all black and pushed the button to fast. No one ever contacted me. I wanted to get 3 different pairs- White-grey-all black. No one ever answered me. With the Holidays things got out of control and I was super busy to call you. How do I go about exchanging the grey-black for all black?

AWFUL SHOES & SERVICE

These shoes are awful. 2 pair and the fit completely different. I slid forward like a toddler in her mama’s heels. It took along time to clear customs. I sent them back at over $30 postage. The claim they never got them. They have drop shipments from all over. I’m out over $170.SAVE YOUR MONEY!

We understand that your Hypersoft Sneakers took a long time to arrive, only to find out that they do not you quite well. On top of that, when you returned them for a full refund, you were informed that the items weren't received at the warehouse. We apologize for all the trouble!

Upon checking you previous emails to us, it seems that you have sent your package back to a different address.

As stated publicly on the "Our return policy" section of our website, we will only issue a full refund if the instructions on our return policy is followed, which includes returning the product to one of our official return addresses. This is why it is also stated in our return policy that the customer should contact us first before returning their product, so we can provide the return procedure, form, and address.

I can see here that one of our Customer Support agents has already assisted you with your concern via email and offered a satisfactory solution.

No Delivery & No Viable Customer Service

On 11/30 ordered 3 pairs of shoes as Christmas presents based on published max delivery time of 10-14 days. It is now 12/20 (20 days) and tracking system shows shoes arrived in US on 12/10 and appears to be bouncing around in system and I assume some physical facility all with the notation USPS awaiting item. So it appears I’ll be delivering Christmas pictures of a product, and hoping their manufacturing is better than their logistics and invisible customer service. They had no problem collecting their money the day the order was placed.

they steal your money and won't communicate

Co charged me for 2 pair of shoes when I only ordered one. They do not answer "chat" or emails. They don't refund or take returns. Impossible to work with them

Supreme comfort…

As soon as I tried them on I could feel the comfort and support for my feet. So different than other shoes. I am so happy with them I definitely would buy more and recommend them to others.

DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

Sadly, I would NEVER deal with this company again. After 8 months I received a replacement as the soles fell to pieces. Now another pair Soles are falling to pieces after only a few months of wearing. I am 74 and only walk a few ks a week. Initially, these are great, very comfortable and people give great reviews. But be aware, they wont last past 6 months. I would NEVER deal with this company again. I am really very easy to please but this is rediculas...

CROOK!!!

CROOK!!!! That is the only word that can describe this company. My order was accepted and payment was received on 11-14-2022, and I was formed by e-mail product would be shipped after payment has been confirmed. It is now 12-3-2022, and I received an email saying my product was shipped and I can track the status of the delivery by clicking on the tracking number. Lord and behold, after clicking on the tracking number, the message says "your purchase will be shipped within 10 to 14 days" Get your sh!t together and ship my purchase or refund my money.

Potential buyers beware... do not buy a single item from this company. You will get nothing but the run-around

Lightweight, comfortable, breathable footwear

These sneakers took a while to arrive because I’m in the uk, but that was expected. The trainers are extremely comfortable and easy to wear indoors or out with good grip sole. They do not press or rub me anywhere and fit well. I ordered my size and they are if anything a bit roomy. Pleased with them.

My delivery took a long time

My delivery took a long time, however I do live in a new development and that was part of the reason why. The shoes are super comfortable and lightweight. I'm a size 6.5 and I ordered a 7. The size on the shoe says 7-7.5, so they do fit me a bit lose. I suggest you order your exact size.

Do Not Buy these Shoes.
If they do not fit - you Weill not be contacted for a return label.
I have written numerous emails, called the company, and cannot get information to return the shoes.
Horrible customer service.

To be honest I didn't really believe…

To be honest I didn't really believe they were going to be as comfortable. I was wrong..they're very comfortable. I'm on my feet all day at work. So these will most definitely help!!

I bought these shoes on three hyper sturdy site, ac's have an honest critque about my experience, and even guessed they would not post my review. Since they vet the reviews before posting them, no wonder they have so many five star reviews such BS.

DO NOT BUY

After a long wait and no contact or invoice the shoes arrived and they are so badly made it’s disgusting how this company got so many good reviews. I say they are bogus. The shoes smell so bad of chemicals and they are the opposite of soft. The toe area feels like I’m wearing rubber thongs. The packaging has no overseas address and still no invoice in the bag so I can’t even return the shoes.

I Ordered a pair of these shoes on…

I Ordered a pair of these shoes on October 10. I have never received them. Tracking number shows them as being in los angeles for almost a month and going no farther. Inquires to the customer service goes unanswered. I will never purchase shoes from them again no matter how good they are.
