Absolutely first rate tech support. Couldn't ask for better.

I bought a USB-C dock from these guys (via their Amazon web shop) and had a couple of queries when I was setting it up. Contacted their tech support using the link on their website in the evening and an email response before lunchtime the next day (which was the third of Jan so first day back after a bank holiday weekend). Followed up with a further two emails, both of which were answered promptly and had complete resolution of my queries by end of day the next day. If I could give Jon in tech support 6 stars I would.
