Timeframes
I am very satisfied with HT, the only BIG problem are the timeframes. They change everytime and cost me sometimes money. This is terrible and now I am looking for a other platform.

Placement of orders fast, pnl off
Placement of orders works fast and smooth. Layout is nice.
Nice how you can place an oco with one click in the chart.
Biggest con is that after multiple buy/sell orders in one trade (jojo) your pnl and be line are off.
Also i would like to have trading reports that show the results.

We so sorry to hear about your not-so-good experience.
After further investigations, we have found no issues with BE. As long as you set the correct start date, it should work.
BE considers the highest fees you may pay for the trades as exchanges do not send user specific fees via APIs. Also, the fees for the closing trade is considered in the equation. Just comparing price on the chart will not be an exact match with the way we calculate.
All in all, our BE calculation is more conservative so in some cases it might so you less unrealized gains.
BE only shows the breakeven price. On the other hand PnL considers both unrealized and realized gains for the given date range. You can see more details of PnL in the detailed reporting section.
Interestingly enough, some exchanges do not send all the trades via the APIs. Some exchanges only send trades for last 7 days.

Question about open reservation in the wallet.
Hi, was nice chatting with you, and glad I could clear up the confusion.
Good support also with zoom. I was confused with a reservation in my wallet (Re). I thought it was an order that was still open somewhere. turns out it's reserved from a gridbot that's also linked to my wallet. everything is linked with the hypertrade API key (Binance and Bitvavo) all your trades that are running are, connected to your wallet. it does not mean that if you trade with a coin pair, your reservation in your wallet is zero. this may be related to another coin that is in an open order. Great customer support
I had a problem with order book in terminal, I contacted support through hypertrader app, I was very pleased with support, they fixed problem in less than 36hr and updated app.

This is an excellent trading program that I have been using for over a year now and I absolutely love it! Also a lot of credit to the support team who are really helpful and very responsive and quick in their support. A lot of other tech companies could learn from them.
