Matrass is OK, customer service is difficult to reach

The matrass is OK but when you try to send it back, there is 0 response. They are not reachable through phone and even their chatbot. Waited for 10 mins on the phone until it went to voicemail and got cut off. Chat just gave an automated message and nothing more. I got a response back on the mail sent. They have initiated the return process and I will update this review after it has completed.

"Confort Plus" but not really comfortable

As a company, Hypnia was very professional and responsive, so from that end things were very good. The ordering and delivery also went smoothly, but sadly this mattress wasn't for me. I was waking up at 3 am with mid-back pain and didn't feel well-aligned. It maybe that I sink into the memory foam and it holds me in the same sleeping position all night. I don't suffer from back issues so this took me by surprise, but it's definitely the bed because the pain dissipates about 20-30 minutes after getting up. Can't really recommend, but they made the return pleasant and quick, so lots of credit for that.

We suffer from back pain and would like…

The matras is very good quality we sleep good now. No more back pain. Very satisfied. After little over a week sleeping on it we are used to it.

Sorry for not reading well your right about sending out the matras in 48 hours. I Will update this review when the matras arrives.

We suffer from back pain and would like to sleep better. Now we are waiting for our matras to be delivered. On the website they claim that it Will taken 48 hours. We are waiting for more then a week now. Dont know about the quality of the matras because we still doet have it.

They use tribble postal service

Update:
After receiving the mattress, I modified my feedback. Even though the mattress itself is comfortable and high quality, you should be aware that the foam mattress gets hot during sleep, which can be annoying during the summer.

The main issue of Hypnia is that they use the DPD postal service and do not inform users that the packages will ship from France during order processing.

Tribble customer service, no response to my emails!

8 days ago, I ordered a mattress from this website, I wasn't aware of their delivery method using DPD. And they also deliver packages from France!

The post-service tried to deliver the package without any notification or phone call. As a result, I haven't received my package. It's impossible to track and reschedule the delivery time because their website does not recognize the parcel number. I tried to contact both Hypnia and DPD several times. Nobody answers my messages.

After a few days I know my mattress is in Amsterdam but I still sleep on the sofa! Thanks to Hypnia and DPD.

Het spijt ons dat de levering van uw bestelling niet vlot verloopt. De tracking link die wij u eerder stuurden geeft aan dat het pakket inderdaad niet kon worden afgeleverd door afwezigheid van de klant.

Wij hebben DPD gecontacteerd en wachtten op een antwoord van hen aangaande de link om opnieuw in te plannen die niet zou werken (wij krijgen deze link zelf niet, dus kunnen dit niet uittesten voor u) en wij hebben hen gevraagd onze beiden zo snel mogelijk een nieuwe link toe te sturen die wél werkt, zodat het matras snel kan worden geleverd.

Wij hadden nog niet op uw bericht van gisterennamiddag geantwoord omdat wij nog in afwachting zijn van een antwoord van DPD hieromtrent.

Wij hebben enkel gisteren van u een boodschap ontvangen. Op de vraag van 23/05 hebben wij geantwoord met de tracking link. Het pakket werd gisteren voor de eerste keer gepresenteerd, dus begrijpen wij niet goed hoe het kan dat u al een paar dagen op zoek bent naar het pakket?

Weest gerust dat wij er alles aan doen om het pakket zo snel mogelijk bij u ter krijgen.

Very much pleased, highly recommend

We are very pleased with the mattress and wished we had bought it earlier!
The delivery was as expected, the first nights we had to get used at it and afterwards it was just perfect, no more back pain and we sleep very very comfortably.
