It did what it said it would. The price is just right.

From the first time I heard the relaxing beautiful voice of Roger Elliot I was in love. I have listened to his voice every single night since then and he has even lulled me off to sleep when I have needed to take a quick nap before a flight.
I now use this app every single night and I have never heard the end of any of the hypnosis segments because I am fast asleep. Also my partner in bed doesn’t mind the beautiful Scottish man’s voice coming out of my phone, so that is a plus.
Roger Elliot is the sexiest man alive in my dreams every night and I no longer wake up frequently throughout the night any more, which is quite astonishing because that was always one of my insomnia problems.

The process was simple. The hypnosis experience was relaxing and less than 30 minutes. I listened everyday for the 1st week as suggested and fell asleep a few times to Roger's cadence and soothing voice. I began with short drives on the freeway of a couple of miles on the weekend, for which i had anxiety. After a couple of weeks of listening, i have expanded to longer drives with less anxiety. I am not cured, but know that my fear & anxiety will go away over soon as i extend my time and distance.

This is a tale of procrastination, my counsellor did a "letting go" hypnosis with me one day. I thought, "hmmm I didn't feel any things changed as I was completely aware during the process". I had participated in some hypnosis therapy 40 years ago. I slept like a baby for the first time in years! The next session he told me about your site. I visited but you have too many choices. So....however he gently persisted and I finally settled on Anxiety Tamed. It's taken me quite awhile as I'm still only on the second session, again finding sleep which is greatly appreciated. I've also been working on improving my diet with pretty good success except for sugar. August 1 was my deadline to quit and so during July I tried limiting my self. Didn't work but lo and behold you have a session for that! From the first day of sweet tooth, while not perfect when from 0 to about 85/90 percent able to resist. I love your Anxiety Tamed that I have several grandchildren I'm going to invite to try the introduction on my phone and hope that they will consider buying it too. Much better experience than years ago. Thanks and I love Roger's voice.

It was easy to download the track and the site has excellent offers if one gets more than one track. I have been using the hypnosis tracks to lose weight, sleep better and generally improve my wellbeing. Definitely recommended
