Elaine has been absolutely brilliant for me and I am so grateful to her! I highly recommend her to anyone!

I 100% recommend Elaine if you have any issues you are trying to deal with. I went to her wanting to lose weight and now feel so much more positive and in control of my life. The control method which Elaine introduces over a number of sessions allows you to feel in charge and I am already physically fitter and slowly but steadily losing weight. Elaine is very easy to talk to and explains everything as you go along. An excellent experience, thank you Elaine.

I went to Elaine for the Control System and, honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I half-expected to be handed a remote control for my brain and told, “Good luck!” But what I actually got was way more effective and a lot less likely to be lost under the sofa cushions.

Elaine is absolutely brilliant. She guided me through the Control System with warmth, clarity, and a good dose of humour (which helped, because my inner critic has a very loud voice and a terrible sense of timing). Through the process, it felt like I was finally able to update my mental software—goodbye Windows 95 brain, hello smooth-running, glitch-free me!

Issues I’d been dragging around like an emotional wheelie bin were suddenly just… gone. No drama. No digging into the past for the 93rd time. Just clean, clever techniques that actually work.

If your brain feels like it’s being run by a committee of over-caffeinated squirrels, go see Elaine. She’ll help you take back the controls—without judgment, jargon, or Jedi mind tricks (probably).

My captain, crew and ship are finally sailing into calm waters instead of just trying to keep my head above water in the stormy seas after hitting an iceberg! (you will understand this analogy if you opt in to the Control System)

From my first interaction with a Elaine to the last she maintained very professional throughout our sessions.She never judged me and made me feel like I was in a safe place (which I knew I was). I could go on but I think you will get the idea how I feel about the therapy Elaine offers.
I got in touch with Elaine as I needed, and wanted, some help to deal with procrastination.
I'm not someone who sits around and was used to going out and doing what I wanted to do, but I was stuck. Previous life experiences, the not so nice, had caught up with me. Thought I dealt with them emotionally but they were just hiding out of sight every time I looked in. Life was passing me by and I hated it. The more I did nothing the more I felt trapped which made me feel bad and not want to do anything. Round and around. Trapped!
It's been said a million and one times, maybe a million and two, the start of every journey is the first step and often the hardest. So glad that I got in touch with Elaine.
The way I looked at it, I'm on one river bank and what I wanted to do was on the the other river bank separated by fast flowing waters, but how do I cross to the other side and fulfil my intentions?
Through Elaine's help she not only helped me find "my bridge" to cross the fast flowing water but she's helped me with the ability to cross that bridge as well as giving me the "tools" to build any bridges I may need in the future should life decide that I need to cross any rivers or canyons.
Extremely professional. Everything 101% confidential with no judgement, just calm, relaxed and friendly. Just like talking to an old friend. Follow Elaine's words, help and advice with regards the therapy she is helping you with and it's probably the best thing you will have done in a long while. Absolutely FANTASTIC. In fact, Elaine is beyond words. I have been for various therapies elsewhere but absolutely NOTHING compares to Elaine. Everything from fixing my smaller problems to completely turning my life around, I cannot recommend Elaine enough. Would highly recommend this hypnotherapy service. Elaine totally made me feel at ease on arrival but at the same time was highly professional and knowledgeable. On leaving this session felt like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders and had such a feeling of wellbeing.

Also have had an epiderma 5 non chemical facial peel with Elaine which was amazing and could not believe the difference in my skin after the treatment.

Would also high recommend having the candle ear wax treatment with Elaine - could not believe the results and was so relaxing.

I don’t know where to begin. ☺️
But maybe I’ll start with how Elaine puts so much pride and effort into her work it’s plain to see. Even before starting the official ‘Control’ process, I could see she is a lady that definitely knows what she’s doing!

The free consultation is so in depth, and so full of information it is almost impossible to not want to continue. Any reservations I had were completely put at ease after an hour with Elaine. She explained what the process would entail, how she’d go about it and we talked in depth about my goals.

As a person, she’s warm, comforting and clearly knows her stuff!

The sessions are brilliant, the work she does is not only effective but completely fascinating. What I believed my initial focus point was for the sessions actually was linked to something a lot bigger - confidence. Elaine established and identified that through her skills and knowledge in getting pertinent information from me and I have since been achieving personal goals.

My friends have noticed a difference in me and the progress I have been making, and I would even go as far as saying I am pretty proud of myself and how I have been implementing all the things Elaine has taught me.

I can’t thank her enough and if I feel I want to work on something else in the future, Elaine will be the lady I go to.

Elaine has 💯 changed things for me, I was sceptical at first but she really is the "Tonic" she says she is, and extremely professional with it. If you are unsure, don't be, you might just get the same experience.
