Good concept
There are over dozen recorded sessions of self hypnosis covering several topics. They are ok, with calm voice and pleasant background music. If I could suggest further improvements I would give an option for same sessions to be played in men's or female 's voice. Furthermore I think that key reassurance statement should be highlighted and repeted several times in each session. Something to stay and sink in.

I'm a trained hypnotherapist myself so I know how hypnotherapy works. What I didn't appreciate was how I need to learn to switch off my thinking brain and just focus on the session. It took a few go's to get that.

The main part (overeating problem) was treated too shallowly
The part for loosening your muscles works for a newbie, but the part of suddenly stop overeating won’t disappear just like that in most of the cases. It’s much more complicated problem which can’t be solved in few minutes
