Sorry, its a huge disappointment. It was all good at the beginning but after committing to the process, had to go through quite some hidden surprises in the last minute which was a big stress. And, once the mortgage is sold you will be forgotten - your queries or concerns will not be addressed.

Gabriel is the best. He explained in layman terms all we needed to know about the mortgage. We would not be able to buy our house without his direction.

She made the entire process so smooth; comparing banks, getting paperwork done, insurance, all. I had to go a total of 2 times to the office and it was done. We had a very bad experience, the adviser we had was not professional. She knew we were French and didn't speak Dutch and she didn't provide any assistance but all the paper was sent to us in dutch. On the day of signing our loan, after signing all the papers our renovation loan was missing, she had to check to announce to us that we didn't get the loan for renovation only 5 days before we received the keys. We had to go to another bank to get an extra loan. She also didn't send us the paper util the signing day.

Lina is a true professional. She knows how the market works and operates quickly on what must be done in terms of necessary paperwork. I recommend.
