I’ve had my pods for a little over a…

I’ve had my pods for a little over a month and the pods are already glitching with the sound going in and out. Also the battery does not last more than 2 hours despite a full charge.

payed but never received anything

After mails and mails, still nothing. After several weeks of delay I emailed them once again and they said the pack was at the post waiting for me to pick it up even tough I've never received any notice in my mailbox. They normally send the same email "asking to be patient and waiting a little more". NOTHING!!

So, after a while I reach out again and I've been told that the pack after stayed at the post a bit just returned back to France! So I emailed them again asking for a new request of delivery...but guess what, another round of crap, no one ever came to deliver anything..

it's a fraud, pure and simple!

Good ideas but Hypure needs big improvements

Hello,
I want to say that this review is not from an angry person but an objective one. I hope you will find some ideas in this.

I heard about Hypure on instagram. We fell for it just to discover the product. But I was quite disappointed ! I know I can find a better product for the same price (even cheaper) on the internet or in stores (I bought a much better pair of headphones for 1.5 x the price just after). The design is ok but not the quality. I was looking for a pair of headphones to listen to music, but it is made to talk on the phone, nothing else ! Poor sound, and the materials seems to be fragile (lots of complains on the internet, products stopped working after 2 months). I know there are lots of products like these on the market, but you have to be aware that you are hurting people's ears without them knowing !
The two stars are for :
- "elegant" design
- attractive ideas (advertisements, colors, texts, presentation)
- shipment arrived in time

I hope you will find a way to improve your products, and I would suggest to start by improving materials of the earphones itself.

Never delivered but Payed!

After mails ans mails, I still waiting for my delivery.... No answer. Worth, they ask me how I am happy of the Hypure services. I could not answer.... I still waiting an answer...

Love it, but..

Love it!

Quality for this price is amazing, in love with how headphones are muffling extraneous sounds. They easily connect to the phone (iPhone), and are very stable in the ears - not moving whatever you do.
Case material is so satisfying to touch.

My Hypures arrived in 11 working days, that fits with what company is saying.

However, I feel there is a lack of customer support/communication.
Once I placed my order, initial website (French) was no longer working due to updates and creation of the new webpage. I could no longer track my parcel, and when I send emails to the support mailbox, it was no longer existent. I thought that it was a fraud, and definitely got sad/mad.
For sure, after texting the team on Facebook page, they reassured me that everything was fine and I would receive my headphones as soon as possible.
I think, it would have been better to warn costumers/communicate better through emails that there were changes going on, so that people would not stress out 🙏🏼

Otherwise, I am satisfied with what I received and recommend this company to those interested in buying a good product!

I have not received my Hypure…

I have not received my Hypure earphones.
Order HP110599 was placed 28 Feb. On 2 March I was informed they were 'in transit'. 15 March I still haven't received them! Is this just other Internet hoax with a Swiss flag?

Unfortunately

Unfortunately, I have to inform them that I have not received anything after payment was made. I do not know where the error lies and hope that it will be fixed soon.
