I do not recommend using Hyra. I worked for another company and was banned from Hyra without notice and was told I cannot appeal even after I left the company. I use Hyra daily and was fired from two of my groups as I can't use the program.

Hyra's support team is quite amazing. They know exactly what to do on the spot, and no matter how many questions you have, they have an answer to it. Now I am not an expert, but they really know how to do their job!!
