I ran into an issue and the customer service replied to me excellently.

Trading fees are super high, dont you dare to close a trade market price because the system sells it at a way lower price.
I regret funding an account and super happy to breach it purposely.
I will not mention the comoany name but Other companies out there easier and no 10 trading days.

Received 3th payout but already failed my funded account for daily drawdown. Legit firm, but you need to be disciplined trader to trade with Hyro long term.

The drawdown and stop-loss rules are there to filter out gamblers and impulsive "traders." If you trade systematically and follow proper risk management, you won’t have any issues. The platform offers access to capital most can only dream of, but it requires discipline which is exactly how it should be.

Drawdown rules, stop loss rules are just extractive. I have 8 years of trading experience and yet i was scammed twice. Initially i thought i was the one on the wrong. And after careful deliberation upon the second failure i understood they just scam. One way or the other, they will get ur challenge terminated.

Amazing crypto prop trading platform, trading rules are hard but transparent, definitely recommend to doublecheck all the rules again before starting challenge, you can also practice on Hyro free trial. Payouts fast, i got mine in 7 hours.

The stupidest Prop Trading Company, they have a bunch of useless trading rules which are impossible to follow when you're trading CRYPTO! I took a trade an hour ago, set a stop loss but they failed my challenge mentioning there was no SL set since 5 minutes. And this is just one of the many problems. I made them literally more than $2000 from the trading, and they close the account on a mere $100 loss.

I paid the challenge with crypto and apparently the invoice was not adjusted to the gas fee and during transaction the wallet discounted the gas fee not added on top of this so my invoice was unpaid with 0.00003 and I never got my challenge. Such small amount can not be sent and they do not accept USD or EUR instead of crypto and have also not returned me my payment nor given the challenge.

Update: I was contacted by another support person, the problem was solved, I got my challenge I had paid for and also an extra bonus. I change the rating from 1 to 3 and the reason is the first line support I got. The second line was already well qualified, but the first line was quite poor. With the good front line support all could have been discussed normally already in the beginning and the conflict would have not had happened. So I keep it 3 at the time being. In case I feel better later while using the system I might give better rating, but right now the feeling is this. However, I already like the technical solution which is interesting as the trading happens on Bybit directly which their system is integrated with. So I definitely encourage to try their solution. Hopefully they shall also improve the support. Let's see.

He customer service is best. I had some issue, and then back to back customer services email conversation, and my issue was resolved without any much hustle. I had a problem with my refund although the problem was from my side, they solved it for me with patience.

The support is very helpful and they reply really quickly! It is a good platform, just make sure you read all the rules beforehand! They let your trade on ByBit on your own account so there are no market manipulations on their side like some other prop firms
