it cannot be called a service
I have car Hyundai Tucson . In august last year in car start light in engine check, and I go to service center in
Storstrømsvej 4, 6715 Esbjerg . So for 1 year and 2 months I was were around 15 times , and every time they say they fix something, but after I go home the same day check is come back, and again I’m need wait appointment . Last time they say so car is not broken but this engine check I’m must fix by self . My guaranty finish after 1 months, so 14 months they just wait then my guaranty finished? it cannot be called a service.
I do not recommend it to anyone , if you want to have healthy nerves.

Thiefs
Just awful and disgraceful. Hyundai might be the worst car company of all time.
Elendig selvskab.
Elendig selvskab.
This is simply a trash company. Zero loyalty to its business partners and employees. Cuts of ties when its business partners need it the most. Stay away"

I went to the Hyundai Dealership in Hvidovre
I went to the Hyundai Dealership in Hvidovre(Gammel Køge Landevej 471, 2650 Hvidovre) twice this week, to try and test drive one of their cars.
The first time I went in, I was completely ignored by everyone for 30min, I understand they may be busy BUT a courtesy of atleast saying "i will be with you in a moment" or even acknowldge my existence would be some sort of customer service.
The second time I went to test drive, I atleast found a free sales person that finished with a client after 5min, who again probably didnt care that I was waiting around. I asked for a test drive but was denied due to the car not being available - but he had shown me the screen and even thou the car was not available immediately, due to an appointment, the car was available in 1 hr and still had 1 hr availability before the next appointment????!
I was asked to make an appointment and I said i came in during the week to do so but no-one acknowldged me being there. I didnt even get an apology for the service but instead shrugged off like "I dont care"?!?!, no explanation, no sense of customer service. As a prospective customer, who was really thinking of buying an Hyundai car after doing so much research, I doubt I will even go close to a Hyundai dealership and will advise others about this kind of service. Really appaling Hyundai.

Worst Hyundai service dealer in Hvidovre,
Worst service dealer in Hvidovre,
I went for Karosserieftersyn, Sundhedstjek just to make sure my car is in a good shape and after they give me the report they said there is problem in a break and engine coolant liquid is leaking but not much and give my keys back to me. But when i saw my car the engine coolant was leaking and man said it was leaking before and we cant do anything.
There was no problem before and now they said it will be 10000 labour cost + past cost.
Thats how they make money, first give offer and then break the car and then just say the problem was from before.
Hyndai Denmark that was my first car and worst company so far.
Because it is your website which takes me there, and they uses Hyundai's name for their work shop. That is why it a new way to took consumers money, if there is any problem just say that it is not us it is the service dealer and they don't care. I give you an example how Hyundai making money.
someone buy your product and some problem came and he go to your website for the solution and your website direct them to your authorised hyundai dealer . 1. Authorised Hyundai dealer break the car and it comes to you. you said hey it is not us contact the who fix your car.
2. you went to them hey it is not us may be it is because of this wire ( wire just an example), you need to contact the wire manufacturer.
3. You went to them, they said it is not us it is may be because of bad copper used in the wire or may the plastic on the top so you need to contact them
4. you went to copper miner then they said it is not because of our copper and plastic manufacturer said the same. They said you need to talk to engineer probably he don't know his job.
5. then you come to hyundai web page to complain and hyundai says it is not us .
That's how your circle for the complaint works and i think you are enjoying this very much
Thanks.

Hyundai Kona 2020
In september 2020 I have bought a new Hyundai Kona, drove in it for almost 3 months and then it broke.
The car has been in service for the last 3 months and I am still waiting for status, as they cant figure out what is wrong or how to fix it.
I need to call everyday to hear whats happening, and nobody knows.
Its a brand new car.
And I cannot myself contact Hyundai. Nobody cares.
