Very prompt dispatch and beads were exactly as advertised. However I would like a different postal service used to get to Ireland as the price was too high, it’s only a tiny packet!

My order of X 2 lots of 10g CzechMates triangles arrived extremely quickly and the items were well-packaged.
Although my order was small my beads were placed in a pretty organza bag with a 'Thank you for your order' sticker on the inner package which I thought was a nice touch.
According to their website, i-Beads appear to stock a good range of beads (some of which are usually difficult to source), so I will definitely use them again.

Should explain the are based outside the Uk and give a delivery date

I was really happy with the items I got from i-beads, and it was a nice surprise to see there was also a free gift of some beads and a charm in my package too. Considering it was despatched from France, the delivery time to UK wasn't too bad. It was despatched promptly. Most of the delivery time was when it was on the road. I would definitely consider ordering from them again.

I keep coming back to i-BEADS for the quality, price and service :) They really do have a great selection, and sold out products do seem to get replaced quickly as well. I first ended up here because I couldn't find what I wanted elsewhere and I have never regretted it! Everything always comes neatly packed and clearly labelled. All in all, a great shop :)

My order came really quickly but unfortunately one of the colour beads I was sent was wrong. However, I emailed them right away and got an incredibly quick reply and they said they would send the correct ones right away. The correct ones came really quickly so I’m impressed! Mistakes can happen but I always think you can tell a lot about a company by how they fix it. Very impressed and I would use again definitely!!
