LIARS & NOT U.K. BASED!!
Placed an order for beads. Everything was showing as in stock however the order was despatched with essential items missing. When I queried why they had done this without informing me in order to cancel they just said that’s what they do. They stated in writing that if I returned the beads they would pay for the return postage costs. That is when I discovered that i Beads U.K. is not U.K. based company despite its name but operates from France. I paid for the return postage to France and sent them a copy of the receipt and the tracking. When my parcel arrived they only refunded the original cost and not the return postage as promised. Now they are ignoring my emails.
Dishonest company that pretends it’s U.K. based and tells lies!!

A company with excellent customer service and products. I didn't know when ordering that they were in France, and yet my order arrived quicker than somethings I ordered in the UK. You can't get a better service than that.
I will definitely use i-Beads again.
