Bidspotters are being run by monkeys
Bidspotters are being run by scammers. hidden charges over the other hidden charges unlimited feeeeeessssss up to the sky what a joke.
Stay away
I won a car at this auction that was described as a runner and no major mechanical issues. When I collected the car it wouldn’t start/run and needed a full engine rebuild. Keep away from this place due to the cars worth I ended up scraping it loosing out massively
Shocking Service & Communication Non-Existent
To be read in conjunction with Supreme Auction who were the intermediaries through the process.
I paid for an invoice for £340.20 twice. I paid it via bank transfer and then I Bidder subsequently took the payment again from my card details held on file.
As I hadn't received the goods, I rang to chase up matters having had no communication only to be told I owed £96 for delivery which I instructed them to deduct from the £340 owed to me. I asked them to confirm that this was all that was outstanding which was confirmed.
I then received 1 item with a further 7 items awaited - after not receiving anything I once again chased up the matter and I had a very curt email response both from Supreme Auctions and IBidder telling me that as I had not paid for delivery - the items had been relisted and I had lost my money. I have rang them on 6 occassions to try to sort this matter out within the designated time and despite this I have merely been fobbed off and despite the Company holding my money I was told I had not paid for carriage and therefore it was all my fault and I had lost my money - FACT Invoice was 1 delivery charge £96 duly paid from funds held by IBidder!
This is criminal and despite me asking for the courtes of a return all they have told me that there is nothing further that can be done!
Having dealt with these Auction Sites I cannot believe that the service has deteriorated to the level that it has and they have robbed me in broad daylight

They advertised as if the products are new but I found they are well used. Never again. I consider this as a theft.

Difficult to deal with and terms and conditions partly hidden purchased an item for £250 and ended up with fees totalling over £800. So be careful, I have not been treated with contempt like this before. I have used auction houses throughout the country and elsewhere, last time I will use this one.

I have recently had my bank card…
I have recently had my bank card details used by someone in Birmingham several times my bank have told me and even though the card has been cancelled they are still trying to use it 2 weeks later !! My card details were given to the auction houses via ibidder nobody else at all had access to them at all. So please be very careful using this site.
It's easy to complain if your item…
It's easy to complain if your item doesn't resemble what you're paying for it's an item in an AUCTION (Why it's in an auction IMHO)! But for me service is paramount & I cannot thank Susan & her colleagues @Universal Auctions Group Ltd for their professionalism! I bought a cheap run about with issues mainly for the dog! Even the seller was absolutely fantastic (Even picked me up at the station & texted me later that evening to ensure I got home OK - Thank you John) overall a very pleasant experience!
THANK YOU ALL
massive con site
massive con site, do not believe their statements of 60 % saving.
best to go online then bid retail money then watch them say you are the winner ,teach them a lesson.
they give a timed auction then re list the items 2 hours later, they should be investigated by trading standards , i bet they do not have any auctioneering approved listing.
Just DON'T
I was involved with this company via Alexander Aurelius Auctioneers, ibidder was not interested & I took to court Alexander Aurelius for misrepresenting the goods & unfair contract terms. If you have a good case go to court I did & they paid up prior.

iBidder host Scam auction houses
iBidder host Scam auction houses.
When I contacted them asking them why they host scam auction houses (Supreme Auctions), they left me waiting for two weeks to reply, "your delivery date was confirmed on XXX"
Total incompetence. Total waste of time.
They host scammers; therefore, they are scammers. I will never use iBidder again and won't sleep until Supreme Auctions is shut down.
iBidder - You sold your soul to the devil; you have wasted people's hard-earned cash and ruined lives. You suck.
STAY WELL CLEAR THATS ALL I NEED TO SAY

Very dodgy
I signed up as I saw a brand new MacBook for a really attractive price. After I bid I clicked on an almost hidden question mark link next to the price, I was horrified to find out that they will add additional 50% to the winning price. This made the price ridiculous. I could get it cheaper if I bought it outright from a retailer. So I tried to contact support and despite claiming that they can be contacted anytime to chat with support by clicking the “blue button”, there was no blue button. You can only send emails and those take 24-58 hrs to get responses to. I sent the email requesting cancellation. I also deleted my debit card just to be safe. They contact me the next morning demanding that I pay a 3 figure sum for cancelling. I tried to ring the auction house concerned and spoke with some Indian bloke who could barely speak English but very aggressively threatened me with court action if I didn’t pay the 3 figure sum for cancelling before slamming the phone down. These are clearly scam artists so please avoid.
Very quick and efficient organisation.
