Great customer service
I received a replacement screen for a tablet that had a minor manufacturing defect. The customer service was very friendly and responded quickly to my query by e-mail. After a fluent e-mail exchange, they agreed in sending a new one with no problems.

I ordered a red wireless keyboard from Logitech which I could not find this color in other shops. Beautiful handy keyboard.

The Best Customer Service.
Unfortunately the product I ordered did not work, it happens. So I needed to contact customer support. I am now actually happy that the product did not work because the help I received from customer support was absolutely fantastic. Best I have ever experienced with my problem was solved with ease.

Easy return and replacement for a damaged product
The delivered product was not working. But they have ordered new one. And I was successful to fix my galaxy tab. It works well. Even the wrong product was delivered in the early stage but they immediately order new one for me without inconvenience.

19/4 got mail from imania now saying shipping will be this week (19/4) or next

In short - dont shop here - order from China instead - its quicker!!

The 1 star is for the continously postponed delivery. I did get a refund (thank you for that) after you (not me) cancelled my order.
You also recommended (in your first reply) that I look to China to buy my battery - this was GREAT advise so I did and got the battery i needed for a third of the cost - so thank you for the advise.
I was referring to your original response here on trustpilot (which is now gone) where you - not me - cancelled the order and recommended me to go shopping on chinese website which is what i did

Great custumer support!
I received a display quickly and well packaged. It had a small manufacturing fault (flex too short to be plugged in). I got in touch with custumer support and Jessica replied to me very nicely and quickly! A new display is on the way, I'm looking forward to receiving in it :-)

I haven't used such a bad and customer unfriendly service for a long time…
The worst store I have used for some time.
Their website works so badly it's annoying to use. The 'British' flag to change the language is just decoration. They force you to create an account because it simply doesn't work to do it without creating one (tried 2 times). The password reset service simply does not work (still waiting for the reset link). They automatically register you to their newsletter without asking (forget about SPAM rules). That kind of site.
But, more important than that, they just try to lie about shipping times. There is just one line mentioning that Corona might affect the shipping times and lots of info about (way) shorter shipping times, which of course it's not the real shipping time. During the order, you're charged the price of the 'fast' shipping time (of 1-3 days) with DPD but after you receive the order you get a 2-3 weeks estimate. When you cancel because it's too slow they just keep the 10% of your order because *you* cancelled the order.
No use to complain, they are ready to defend their cheating and their cr*appy service... Yes, it's "your fault" (sic) as a customer that you "didn't read the details before ordering" (sic; they mean another page that has one line mentioning that shipping COULD be delayed) and it's your problem if you can't wait due to "out of stock" (that's a possible excuse when they can't deliver on time) and it's your fault that i-mania doesn't show the estimate delivery time until you receive the order confirmation, you should just guess how much it can take.
The overall summary is: "this is permitted by law"(sic), so it's your problem. No comments.

They replied to my question VERY fast! Unfortunately I canceled the order because the product that I choose was not in stock and I did not notice this. They made the refund immediately. Excellent service and very kind people.

Ordered and paid two Items, received 1. Then I was going back and forth with emails for days and still didn't receive paid order. NO, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
I saw they reply with part of our conversation, YES but where are calls and 10 emails before this? Why didn't you reply to my email after this? I needed to send a bank statement to prove that there is another item paid but not shipped? Going back and forth who is responsible and who actually send the item? Which Web Shop? Ordered on 2 of August, today is 24 and I am still commenting this nonsense!? Camon I don't have time for this, If you want this kind of experience for your money then give it a try, I am not impressed!
And again they removed their initial response. Scammers!!! False review? Listen I can understand mistakes can happen and maybe company is OK but their customer service is awful!

I ordered a MacBook screen before Covid lockdown and unfortunately they have delays on the item from China (the world begun to be in lockdown ... quite understandable).
I rescheduled the delivery some month later because I was blocked to... .so I received this item only on July, but when I received the person who was supposed to change the screen suggested to order a complete screen (with the rigid case too) .... I sent it back and I received the refund without problem.
I can't say anything about the quality of the item but I can recommend you I-mania for the customer care.

Very responsive and professional
I purchased an electronic item from i-mania. DPD delivered to an alternative address but didn't show the address in their app. I sent a mail to i-mania and they were able to get me the correct address rapidly.
I then had a problem with the product and i-mania again responded very quickly and professionally.
I am very happy with i-mania.
