The course was well-designed, and the assessor was very responsive. Although it was a bit stressful, the quality was excellent. Hence, as an educationist with quality in mind, that overrides the stress or rigours, which meant a lot.

Clear outline of the course, good material to work with, access to 1:1 support via email as needed with some 1:1 video call availability as well. Fully supported within a remote learning environment

Using the training portal is something flawless. Good Support from the trainer whenever required. Overall it was a very good experience.

The course was challenging but tutors were always available and fast with their responses. The site was extremely user friendly I am currently studying my Diploma in education with another provider and it took me a few months just to get to grips with their platform. I wish I had found I sucess first. I will definitely recommend to others looking to gain qualifications and will definitely be using them again in the future when I'm ready to upy skill set.

Have been doing the automatic passive income they provide which so far has been going up at a good rate. But at the same time I can’t withdraw any money out it’s been four months yet I still can’t get a withdrawal I’ve emailed called tried everything and nothing has been resolved.

First of all, I would like to thank you for giving me the chance to complete my level 5.
However, I was not very happy with the way the information was shared. The marking criteria was confusing and the the TO DO list was massive (work products and observation).
Some assessors were helpful than others and the changing of assessors was sometimes creating confusion as each of them came with their expectations.
At some point, I wanted to give because there is a lot to complete in such a short term/2 years. Fortunately, Kim, my last assessor really put me on the right track. I am glad that I finally got there and now have my certificate.
I would recommend I-Success Academy to others but will insist that you provide all information that they need to know before hand (for example, complete each unit at 100%).
