I have been using Activit Multivitamin for the last 2 months for my elderly mother. I like the complete combination of vitamins & minerals it provides in one single tablet dose. It's composition covers the daily recommended dose for majority of the included vitamins & minerals.
The tablet is easy to swallow for an elderly person especially. I feel that my mom's energy levels have improved since she started taking Activit, and it hasn't created any further gut issues.

The best thing which I found in the multivitamins which makes it different from other is 1st it's a complete blend you don't need to buy vitamin d and magnesium separately, the other thing is all of the vitamins and minerals are the highest bioavailable forms. Onething I want to recommend instead of magnesium malate replace it with magnesium glycinate and increase the CoQ10 percentage.

I have been using it for about a month now and trust me when i say think Its way better that all other brands. I feel more energized and i feel really active daily tasks dont make me tired anymore and in morning run i feel i can go a bit further. And its just been a month.
