I bought an emerald and silver bracelet for my wife. Within a week you could see that the metal wasnt silver as described but coated copper. Clearly noone puts emeralds in cheap metal so they must be glass or paste- but theyre not emeralds. I tried emailing back about this clear bait and switch, never got a reply. If there was a 0 star option thats what Id give them. TCon artists, pure and simple.

I wrote reviews on this company many months ago to try and warn people not to buy from them. To my knowledge this company is no longer in existence, having taken orders/money from many customers, complete con artists

Bought a bag for $199 and it never arrived. It was for my daughter's christening and I'm very disappointed. I've emailed quite a number of times with no response. These people are criminals that have taken my money and never posted the products out. Do not buy from them!

I ordered on 29 April 2023 and I’ve not received my order. I have sent 4 emails and no response from this Company. I don’t understand why they can’t respond to their customers. I need this bag for a special occasion & it’s fast approaching! If you require a response & want a quick delivery stay away from I’m stunning. This is very disappointing.

I tried to cancel my order before dispatch (Change of outfit/colour) they sent it anyway, after 3 emails to customer service and then the fun starts. 14 emails to C/S for a returns number. You wont get a reply of any description. Shocking. Do not order from these people. You will be out of pocket. Not even sure C/S exists. Nothing nothing nothing. Shame cos the handbag was very sweet, just unwanted now so £85 down the drain. Dont bother unless you have money to waste

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A FAKE SET UP. I NEVER REVIEVED MY ORDER. BEEN EMAILING FOR OVER A WEEK. CONTACYED THEM ON FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM. NO REPLY!

I am still waiting 10 days later for someone to reply to my messages requesting a refund. The earrings were terrible. They didn’t sit nicely on the ear lobe but stuck out a mile. Now, nobody is responding regarding my return. Terrible service.

Bought a bracelet for my girlfriend for Christmas, however it was very flimsy so decided to return it. We emailed them seven times and never got a response. It is not possible to turn the item until they give you a return label. Stuck with unwanted item now and my money wasted. Unacceptable service, no customer service at all. Criminal

I purchased a necklace for my wife for Christmas from your site. The necklace will not sit straight, it twists when its put on. I had read your returns policy before purchasing and was reassured from reading, that I could return if needed. I have emailed you three times since the beginning of January, to ensure that I requested the return label with the allowed time frame. I have not even received a reply to my emails. Absolutely diabolical customer service. I'm stuck with an unwanted necklace now.

If I had a choice I wouldn’t even give a one star! This company is the worst which I have ever dealt with. I wanted do the refund and there is no communication over a week!! I have ordered Reference ID needed for refunds on 10/01/23 and since then sent 4 reminders and nothing! I will never ever buy anything from them!!! Today is 31/01/2023 and no response at all!!! And they deleted my bad review on their website, so they know but just ignore the customers!!! Terrible thieves!!!

Unfortunately I did not do my research. This company does not do returns. You have to pay. They do not take earrings back. (what germ lives on an earring for many days?). So stuck with it. This is a WARNING do not buy from them. Susan Braddick

No communication! I ordered a necklace and earrings for my daughter for Christmas. On initial inspection they seemed fine but a closer look I saw that a stone was missing from one of the earrings. I have emailed and communicated through the online customer contact us page and no one has bothered to respond. Very disappointed especially as my daughter now has a faulty item for her gift.

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered a product and non receipt of item and no communication at all or response to my emails. No phone number to talk to them directly. 22 days and still counting. Royal Mail might be as issue but they could at least make contact to advise. Don't buy from this company.

I’ve emailed them 4 times and they have never responded. They will not take a return without a return number which you can only get when you email them. So, they continue to ignore my emails so I won’t be able to return the item within their allotted 30 days. Absolutely ridiculous! I will never ever purchase from them again DON’T BUY UNLESS YOU'RE 100% SURE!

Thought I'd found the perfect site for jewellery. I had. The jewellery was great and arrived really quickly. BUT.
I ordered 2 pieces to choose from based on the fact they had a decent returns policy. Turns out they haven't. I have sent 4 e-mails, the first being on the day the jewellery arrived and 8 days later I still have not received a returns label as their policy says they will do.
You only get 14 days to return - so what happens next? I'm left feeling very disappointed.
I have had two e-mails from iamstunning.co.uk - one giving me 10% (to spend more) and one asking for a review of the jewellery.

I bought a pair of earrings & returned them as they didn't fit the profile pic I ordered, as they were slightly paler in colour I returned this item by registered post which was signed for. I have ordered quite a few times from this Company in the past, however after many attempts to contact them via email as there is no contact number, I am still awaiting a reply & Refund.!!!. I have asked my bank to intervene. As a previous loyal Customer I will no longer be dealing with this Company

The earings are not suitable and I've been emailing for three weeks now. Six emails no response for return and they do not accept returns without this email response. Seems like an unscrupulous scamming shop. No contact phone number either.

Don't believe all you read. Packaging plain black cheap poor. Nothing like images. Previous reviews must be fake as I bought from reviews and received nothing like the imaged. Beware as I won't buy from here again

Ordered a pair of earrings May 2022. Arrived quickly but the metal was tarnished and discoloured. Very disappointed with the quality of the product.
I have communicated this to the company but had no acknowledgement or response to emails and contact forms sent, so not been able to get a replacement or refund.
I entered a negative product review on their website which submitted, but has never shown. Now going through my bank with a consumer claim. *Beware*.
*UPDATE* having received the charge back from my bank I have been contacted by the company- my email went in to their spam box (which doesn’t explain no response to the online contact form I sent but make of that what you will) and they offered a replacement which I have declined.
