1 star rating is generous!! I have had no contact with regards to my request to cancel & order.... "Customer Service" is non existent. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Can't remember the last time i left a negative review anywhere but i would rate lower if i could, shirt was appalling quality and they ignore emails asking for a refund.

Now it delivers only for them to send me a pair of pants THAT I DID NOT ORDER. Yeah I’m happy I got refunded unbelievable man.

It is the worst, they screwed up my order and gave me the wrong size and on top of that the wrong shirt

They have scammed me 24 dollars after i purchased a text book. when i call it goes to voice mail. it a scammer website

I ordered a spiderman outfit, and after 11 days, when I went to track the package it said it had been returned to the seller and to contact them. I contacted them with no response and did not receive a refund. Terrible website absolute scam!

This is a scam. I made a long review on Google, but don't order from here. It arrives basically a month after you place the order and they never respond to emails, so you can't even return the products. Waste of time and money

Don't do it. It should have been a red flag when they offered a discount code if I were to make another order in the next hour only for the discount code to NOT WORK. I messaged customer support 8 times asking if they could fix it as I had already made the purchase but NO RESPONSE.

When it actually arrived (which was 20 days after i made the order), it was TERRIBLE quality very sheer and see-through. Color was faded or there was barely any texture to the pattern in certain areas so looked like a solid color when there was supposed to be graphics. The size is 2 sizes SMALLER than what I purchased. It is also labeled under Cacao shipping company so its definitely from CHINA and not a U.S company like they claim. Item looks NOTHING like the items advertised.

3 of the 4 items I got had NO TAGS which is a huge eyebrow raise considering I have a feeling these were used items that were returned before. Their policy says that they won't take items back unless everything is in their original packaging + tags attached but THERE ARE NO TAGS.

Their return policy is SHADY. Their website states that you have to EMAIL THEM PERSONALLY (good luck reaching them) and they will GIVE YOU A DIFFERENT address to send the item to. But you won't get a response so you are stuck in limbo.

I emailed them to get a response back but after 8 unanswered emails and all the reviews on here, there is unlikely chance I will be able to return it. I called my banks to dispute it.

Also When they charge you it will be under Greenlight LLC -- which is not even associated with their company name.

Save your time money and avoid the trouble of dealing with this terrible scam company.

The shirt that I ordered arrived late and was damaged. Customer service will not respond to any emails.

The company is scam. Wrong product, they don't answer, reviews in the webpage are false, your review will never show up in the webpage. I have learned to check the veracity of webpages before buying

Don’t order anything from this company!! Fraud!! It’s been a month and I haven’t received my package. This despicable company is not located in the USA as stated on the website they are based in China.

I ordered three items and only two items arrived. This company does not answer emails. This company did not reimburse me for their error. I would not recommend buying anything from them. If there is an issue with your order you will be all alone.

Stay AWAY!
They ship parts of your order IF you are lucky.

These lying scum bags don’t even answer you and I hope one day they get shafted by their government or some form of authority so I can laugh my a** off! Pieces of S@£!

Shipping is HORRIBLE!!!! I ordered three items and two came in a little under a month which I expected. The third item took two months to show up after it was initially shipped, a few days after the order was placed. I sent emails regarding the order and no response...EVER!!! I did like the product but there is absolutely no communication. I saw it had a U.S. address but I don't think thats true. They suck. I only gave three stars because I did like the product I received.

This company should be a shell. I ordered from them and it resulted a wrong size. I wrote a million emails to them but no one ever replies. The quality is flimsy! Don’t ever buy again!

TLDR - If you like money, keep yours.

I find their lack of communication appalling. Someone order the Captain America shirt for me as a gift. They took off the tags and threw away the bag it came it because they were sure I would LOVE it.... I don't. It supposed to be worn as a workout shirt but the stitching is too itchy on bare skin. Also since the stitching is how the design is formed, it fits very differently and awkwardly.

As a cosplayer, I LOVE wearing my favorite characters stuff, especially if it is unique. Unfortunately, this company is forever banned by me and my cosplay community because of AWFUL I was treated when I asked for a refund. It takes about a week to get a response. The first one, was "Let us check" and then about 14 days later I asked for updates and I got a response can be summed up as "Tough Luck Buttercup".

I would be fine with the product if it was better quality similar to SuperX but, yea, this isn't that great honestly and it has issues that someone in their design time should have tried on and been like "maybe we shouldn't make it super uncomfortable to wear" but they are probably to busy not responding to support requests to care.

Be careful. I transferred money across from my account which took three days. Then I changed my mind and wanted my money back and they said they can't give it back for at least 5 days! This is a total scam! I am going back to my real trading account at Westpac where they do not scam you. Keep the $5 trades!!

Update:
My shirt finally came in. It took more than a month and they never responded to my emaila. Order at your own risk.

Sept 16th got my order confirmation.
It's now Oct 15th and it still hasn't left China. I've sent 3 emails, no response.
I'm guessing this is a total loss.
I'll be sharing their info on FB to help spread the word that this company is a scam.

Really bad!!!!!! Im still waiting on my order that I made on sept 11 , it’s October 14th and still hasn’t even shipped from China ... I have left countless of emails and they remain unresponsive.... that’s just a terrible company. I don’t understand how they are still in business... I’m sure my items will not get here by Halloween & I’m suppose to match my 2 kids to be Justice league As our first Halloween with our newborn... $39.99 Down the drain
