Highly recommend.

I had been working out on my own for several years and just seemed to plateau. Working with Ian for only a short time, I’m starting to see the changes that I wasn’t able to get on my own. Ian’s program has provided me with workouts, meal plan and weekly check-ins. He has always responded to all of my concern. The results speak for themselves

Ian will get you results! Not only does he adapt plans and checks in regularly, he is kind, caring, compassionate and non-judgemental. I wasn't seeing results on my own, and his very easy to follow plan showed results almost immediately. I've been working with Ian for nine months, and in that time I've lost body fat, gained strength and I'm in the best shape of my life. He works with you to help you feel the most mentally and physically healthy.

Ian has been a great coach

Ian has been a great coach. The first time I started his program was back in 2023 and now here I am back in it 3 years later. Ian has taught me a ton about nutrition & workout routines that you can take with you forever. Having him there for any random questions or to hold you accountable, Ian is definitely your guy to go to when looking for changes.

Ian WILL Change Your Life!!

When I heard about Ian’s Lean in 16 program, like other guy’s my age, I found myself to be a bit sceptical. How is it possible he can help transform so many men, especially those over 40 (not an easy task I might add), but I know I didn’t want to follow in my dad’s footsteps. He died at 58 years of age from a massive heart attack. Raising a young child on my own, I cannot allow that to be my destiny. So I contacted Ian. He was incredibly supportive from day one! Keep in mind, I’m a 52 year old male, only 6 years younger than my dad was when he passed away, and I’ve already had two hearts scares of my own. And like many others, I’m sure I had a few excuses at first but I cannot begin to tell you how thankful this journey has made me. I started at 220 lbs and 14 weeks later, I’m 185 lbs. I was hoping to lose 20 lbs but I’ve lost 35 lbs with 2 weeks remaining. I’ve never felt healthier or looked better or had more confidence in 52 years, and now, the second half of my life looks so much more exciting (and healthier). From the diet, which has become my new lifestyle, I’ve never eaten this much food in my life. So don’t immediately think you’re gonna starve. Far from it. Ian will work with you and help keep you accountable and offer tremendous support along the way. I can’t begin to tell you how thankful I am to have met Ian. Every person I see can’t believe the transformation and we aren’t even done yet. We, cause yes, you are a team with Ian! I highly recommend you contact him as soon as possible and get started on the new you. I promise, the only regret you’ll have is that you didn’t contact him sooner 💪

True leader with passion and knowledge.

I hired Ian to help me cut weight and get my diet on par to match my workouts. I managed to cut about 20lbs and even after 1yr he still checks in with me and offers advice and support. Ian is a great motivator and encourages me even though I am no longer a client, not because he is trying to sell me his services, but because he is passionate about people’s health and fitness! Ian is a true leader, and I will always trust his advice!

Improving Daddy Body

I’ve been working with Ian approximately 4 months now. Prior to starting we sat down and discussed goals. Mine was to improve my “daddy body” by losing fat while building muscle. My goal was to drop 20 lbs from 235 to 215. With Ian’s guidance, I achieved my goal in 10 weeks. Then, we set another goal. 205 lbs. 6 weeks later … goal achieved. He’ll motivate you and keep you on track. You just have to be willing to listen and do the work. I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Ian and his program.

Excellent coach! You WILL achieve results on Ian’s plan!

Excellent coach!! Ian is adaptive and individualizes the plan to your unique needs. I’m a physician… I know what I’m doing in the world of health, but Ian put things into action for me and gave me attainable goals and strategies. I’ve learned lots from Ian and his team!… even though I thought I knew a heck of a lot already. I was also able to strategically plan my workouts and meal prep around my busy life. There were no excuses. I work 10-12 hours per day and have a 1 year old to care for. I still managed to handle what Ian threw at me and managed to build a physique that I was very happy with. My energy grew exponentially through the weeks and I’m now 8 weeks past the end of my 16 week program and managed to retain the muscle I gained and did not gain a pound of fat. With the information I learned on this program I feel set to tackle another 16 weeks this fall and keep improving on the gains I’ve already made. Thanks Ian for changing my life around so I can better take care of my family, and myself!! Forever grateful!!

Uncaring, negligent, doesn’t care about YOU

Ian gave up working with me. I was willing to put in the time and did, however he was not. I felt tooken advantage of. He’d take a week to respond to my questions. And didn’t adapt my plan when necessary and results weren’t occurring. Even when we had a week left he said we needed to make a change and then didn’t give me advice for the change. My wife was also diagnosed with cancer and needed immediate surgery. He kindly let me put things on pause as I know my nutrition would suffer as people were providing. Family with meals. When I asked him why he cut me off the lifting app when I was able to maybe get one work out a week in he said I was double dipping and that I was lucky he let me put things on pause and that he should have ended it there when she was diagnosed. I’m an educator and love learning and he would not answer my questions for the whys and told me to use google. STRONGLY recommend Jeff nippards program. You get the science, all the explanations for things and the whys. His nutrition guide is so educational you design it with his researched studies, methods, and examples.

Program Works

I am visually seeing results. I am gaining strength at an exponential rate that I didn't think I was capable of achieving. The nutrition guide is strict and allows Ian to make changes if necessary. I do think that a menu should have been included with recipes given the price point of the program. I can handle a chicken, rice and broccoli diet but for those who want variety, you will need to be more inclined in the kitchen to know what should be substituted for healthier options. I was originally fixated on the numbers as a measure of my success. After 8 weeks of the program, I am only down 6 pounds and seeing others' results of being down 20-40 lbs over the course of the 16 week program made me question myself. I have followed the program 80-85%, sleep being my major setback (requiring 7-8 hours but only getting 5-6). But my biggest take away has been getting back on the saddle, going to the gym everyday and really enjoying the hard work that I am putting in. I am seeing results and I know if I stay consistent, I will get to a point where I will be satisfied. I do know that Ian's program is precise and effective, just my variables may cause different results over a longer timeline.

The experience was a process

The experience was a process. It started off hard and slow but I kept receiving encouragement until it became habitual. I found Ian’s guidance very impactful. I was able to change my life to be healthier, fitter and happier. I’ve lost 17 pounds, and my anxiety is nearly gone. Even after this training period I will continue to use Ian’s teachings to keep getting healthier and stronger.

Ian helped me by forming a program specifically for me and my needs and goals. From workout to diet he adjusted as i progressed. He helped me get to my goal and beyond. im now 35lbs down, more muscle and now the disapline to carry on.

For years I have slowly gained weight…

For years I have slowly gained weight and accumulated bad eating habits. The coaches are good to work with, answer questions quickly. They keep you accountable and push you to stay on track. Now I have accumulated better eating habits and loosing weight. I’m on my way to where I think I should be, fitness, strength and health wise, even after years of trying to do it on my own. The app is great to use, the guides are good to have on hand. I suppose the only down side is less “in person”. But with society now a days and just how the world works, less “in person” is more manageable for people. But I wouldn’t not recommend Ian and his coaches just for this. I name drop him every chance I get, because he got me to where I couldn’t get myself. Once I’m done my Lean in 16 program I will be going back to Ian and his coaches.

The coaching I received from Ian really…

The coaching I received from Ian really pushed me to do better. His program is very informative to follow. He does his weekly check ins to make sure someone is holding you accountable. I am very please with my weight loss transformation. I would highly recommend Ian to be your fitness mentor.
