Iapetus is my go-to online shop. I live outside the UK and this is such a convenient way to send gifts to family and friends, gift-wrapped too.
It's not only that, their range, of items and prices, is broad and recipients have always enjoyed the artisan gifts and the cards I've sent. I've always experienced prompt service and delivery. If I'm ever in Malvern I'll go straight to the shop.
I love ordering from this independent gallery and gift shop. The items are always gorgeous and good quality and it is rare to get such good customer service. Orders always arrive when they should and are well packaged and accompanied by a hand written note which is a lovely personal touch. If an item is not in stock because it needs to be made for you then theycontact you almost immediately and offer options for you. They really do care about you being happy with your order. On the one occasion I had a small issue they rectified it immediately and asked if I wnated a refund or a replacement. A fabulous small business that I will continue to support.
