This was the first time I've had any dealings with Sponsorship of an employee and the whole process was daunting to start but working with Mariam made it a breeze and she was such a pleasure.
She was patient with my lack of understanding of things and took the time to explain and listen.
Things worked fairly seamlessly with the only issues being my IT, but she waited for me to get them sorted and we got the result we wanted to at the end. She was very responsive to emails, and everything seemed to move along at good pace.

While trying to find the right fit to assist with a Global Talent Visa, which is extremely difficult to get, we chose this company and was assigned a lawyer by the name of Mariam Adebayo to assist. Mariam walked us through the process, was kind, and extremely knowledgeable. She rushed it as stated and made it happen. We could not believe how great this service was, and will recommend to everyone. Mariam is the best!!!

My partner and I contacted IAS seeking immigration advice for the US and UK. They arranged meetings with two lawyers – one based in the US and one in the UK – which cost us $50 and £50 respectively for 30 minutes of advice.

The US lawyer was rude, dismissive, and spent less than 10 minutes on our case. His advice was top-line, unclear, and entirely unhelpful. We left feeling deflated and that our time and money had been wasted.

The UK lawyer was even worse. She provided completely incorrect advice, assuring us my partner could remain in the UK on a travel visa as long as she didn’t overstay 6 months, she could leave and come back on consecutive 6 month visits. Despite clarifying, she stood by her guidance, which turned out to be dangerously wrong. We only discovered this when my partner was nearly stopped at the UK border for overstaying – a situation that had serious financial and possible legal consequences for us.

Thankfully, we sought help elsewhere and used Alison Law Solicitors, who were empathetic, knowledgeable, and affordable – the complete opposite of IAS.

IAS provided nothing but poor service, incorrect advice, and stress. I wouldn’t trust them with any legal matter. Avoid at all costs!

Booked in for their £100 advice video call, they said they couldn't do the agreed date and time for the call. So I requested my money back and said I would reschedule when I could, which they agreed to do. They have not refunded me after several months and I doubt I will ever see it again, despite emailing Kumba Plumber regarding this.

So they couldn't provide their service at the agreed time and date, and then stole my money, avoid.

PLEASE AVOID !!!! My experience with IAS has been more than awful. They are very quick of wanting your money, but in return they’re very unprofessional, unresponsive, absolutely not bothered to help you. My allocated immigration advisor, who supposed to direct me with my case, had no clue what was she doing !
I have never seen such a poor service before for a £100 !!! The girl, did not know much in her own field and I was correcting her most of the time. It was absolutely shocking ! I’m so glad, that I have not carry on with this company and I already have a different immigration firm, so please look elsewhere, if you wanna save your money and time. The customer service was extremely unhelpful too, just a lot of promises with zero action and I constantly felt neglected and ignored. IAS has gone down the hill massively, most of their employees work from home and the quality of the service is outrageous. Shame on you !!!! I used them pre-covid and it was great. Now ? Never again !!!!”

Our case worker was Abdul and he was absolutely brilliant! From the moment he was assigned to our case back in March, to when my husband’s spousal visa was finalised and approved in November, Abdul always made himself available to answer our emails or calls whenever we had questions.

He went through every step of the process with us carefully and explained everything thoroughly as, and when, things popped up.

Although the process took far longer than expected, Abdul’s conscientious approach also had him dealing with the Home Office, and various other companies on our behalf, when we faced delays.

I would absolutely recommend IAS because without them, and specifically Abdul, I don’t think we’d have got where we are today!

Once again, this company is an amazing company to help with my visa here in the UK. The employees and solicitors here at IAS no exactly what they are doing and will not steer you in the wrong direction. You will not be unhappy or hit with hidden fees or lies. I paid more than £5600 to this company, they kept the money for two years with any proper reason. I wrote them several times with no proper response.

Used this company back in April 2024 for my wife Spouse Visa, the experience wasn’t very great, constantly have to chase them for a update, charge you ridiculous amounts of fees just for basic requests and don’t give you full documentation if your application was successful. I received no IHS number, receipt or anything (which is important if they decide to work for healthcare to receive a refund back). Poor service, to me all it felt that they care about your money than providing you an professional service and i will definitely won’t recommend their services to anyone other than avoid.

Great job and great service

I opted for their paid service, and it turned out to be a completely disappointing experience. The person simply read out information from a book, which I already knew and could easily access myself. When I asked for a solution, his response was, "We can try, but the chances are low." It left me questioning what value or benefit I was supposed to gain from their service.
