Not fulfilling my $434 order

I have paid $389.00 plus $52.00 shipping to receive the Live Animal Transport Guidelines on July 13, 2026. IATA confirmed receipt of my funds. It is July 28 and they are refusing to respond to my inquiries as to whether the documents have been shipped. They are well aware that this is a time-sensitive request. I am just about to contact my bank to ask them to reverse the charges.

found a website displaying the IATA…

found a website displaying the IATA logo with no membership details or number anywhere on the site - decided to contact IATA to verify if they are actually a member and all I got was standard copy paste response to check their membership number on the portal.

hello? there is no membership number hence me asking

so i complained ... and the response makes things even worse:
"Thank you for contacting IATA.
Please note that we are unable to disclose the identity of our accredited agencies or their IATA numbers.
If an agency provides you with its IATA number directly, you may verify its validity using the “Check a Code” tool available on our website.
I hope you have a wonderful day.
Best Regards,
Andrea D"

So it turns out ANYONE can display the IATA logo... so long as no membership number displayed with it all good. Totally useless
