I very luckily read Jades review, or more "expose" before registering and thought I would test who is being honest and yes, Jade is for sure.
As thanks to Jade I could ask all the "right" questions and it was very clear they really did not like them or want to anwwer. I will agree they did, under duress, admit that you must load over 20EU. They actually told me to load 21 EU.
Which I quickly realised was to ensure that after the 2 EU fee and the 10 EU "reserve" (which they did not tell me about) I would of been left with only 9 EU to pay for 10 EU card.
Clever attempt at ensuring a little more can be stolen so thanks Jade for saving me 25 EU.
And be sure people, that ALL their positve reviews are written by themselves.
Note: their silly reply below. My name is Lionel Green, I opened an acount with you yesterday and asked you ALL the questions that proved Jade was indeed telling the truth. And yes I have ALL screenshots to prove so.
You are a very deceptive and poor company miselling a poor deal and service. Let's see if Jade does ever get her refund as you claim to be offering.
As for your, we only got 2 reviews a month ?

So much activity on "Trustpilot" we didn't see this before, earlier we got 1-2 reviews in a month. Now in 1 hour, we get 2 reviews with the same "facts" and "prooves"
Thank you in advance for that.
You can order our card with usually bank card ( without any fees for conversation BTC to EURO ), you can use a SEPA transfer, all fees and policies you can find at our webpage, we don't have any hidden fees, all of them are transparent.
You really think, that for 6 months we wrote only more than 10 positive reviews? :) ( Good joke, thank you for the positive mood ).
We never running for the positive reviews.
Your leaved two reviews will be an advantage for us because logical thinker customers after viewing and reading this will make the right conclusions.

100% Confirmed SCAM !! Although they are funny to watch but they will steal 25EU from you.
06/08/2020 Such a comedic SCAM it really is funny to watch.
NOTE: this company total capital valuation is only 12K. Yes really lol. Now that does not even buy a new LADA, let alone pay 1 memeber of staff for a year. They have 4 directors so beleive me, they really do NEED your money and they will STEAL IT.
Remember they only need to rinse 1000 people for 25 EU and that Twice their entire companies value.
OK, how the scam works.
1) cards are not 10 EU at all and you cannot pay directly in BTC as advertised.
2) You must deposit a minimum of 25 EU in BTC as they will take 2 EU to exchange your BTC into EU as you can only pay for the card in EU.
3) Then they will then take another 10 EU as Deposit Witheld on your EU account. Pretending its for protection against going overdrawn on a pre-paid card with zero credit ? Think about that.
4) So now you buy your card for 10 EU, expecting basic AML as adtertised as Passport copy and selfie.
Its NOT. Its full biometric facial recognition, live camera etc.
5) By this time, I had had enough of miselling, extortionate fees and deception and who the hell goes through all that for a crappy card with only 2500 Monthy ATM anyways ? hell my current card has 3000 Daily !
6) They will refund you if you cancel. But you can never withdraw it as conveniently the minmum BTC withdraw is deliberately set at 100EU :).
So they always get your 25EU no matter what.

Systems looks good but customer service is very arrogant lazy and unhelpful. They do not share ALL important information about fees, costs and then blame you for not asking the right questions.
I will load the hidden extras money needed and test this little business out. If their service and attitude shows promise to progress to professionalism, I will update this review but for now. 2/5 is quite generous.

Loaded the extra, system failed to exchange. Did finally work later. More hidden fees ! Card is advertised as 10 EURO and payable in BTC. Its NOT payable in BTC but EURO and you must deposit a minimum of 20/25EU as conveniently the "system" works better with 25 than 20. Yeah really :) Then, 10 EURO is immediatly "reserved" in your EU account so you really must load 25EU as the fee to exchange 25 EU of BTC into EUROS is also 2 EUROS and 10 EUROS is immediately taken as reserve.
Possibly a very basic SCAM. However, currently closing card application and account to test their integrity.
Lets wait and see as if they do indeed honour their word and return all funds less reasonable fees, I will update feedback accordingly.

100% Confirmed SCAM. They show a refund in my account of 25 EU but luckily for them, the minium withdraw is 100EU lol :)

FINAL NOTE: Yes they claim to refund but then close my account so I cannot acces.
OMG these people really are pathetic ! Avoid at all costs. Monkeys.

We have it written in the system that the minimum transaction associated with bitcoin is 20 euros. We offered 25 euros, as the market is very volatile now and the rate is changing rapidly, but the minimum amount is 20 euros, not 25.
About frozen funds. This is not an additional commission, and as it was already explained to you that this amount is reserved so that your account does not go into a negative balance, and when the card is closed, we will return this amount to you in full.
Regarding the sale of your bitcoin and getting acquainted with our commission, everything is in the public domain and you just need to click the mouse a couple of times and get acquainted with this type of commission.
We still do not understand what is the scam from your words?
The fact that you did not open the link with prices and commissions or that you open an account and order a card and after a couple of minutes ask for a refund for a plastic card and you are asked to write an e-mail letter for a refund?
Refunds are credited within 24 hours.
