I bought a vertical radiator from IbathUK about 2 years ago on Amazon. It came with 10 years warranty from Ibathuk. It has now rusted and the paint has peeled of on it. Tried contact them several times. They simply don't respond.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. LIARS AND THIEVES

I Bath UK took my money 2 months ago and I still haven't received my refund.
Firstly I placed an order for a toilet pan, unit and seat as a package (only the unit was delivered). When I queried it they said the items were advertised wrongly and they removed the advert from their website. FALSE ADVERTISING. They never even offered to honour the price and send me the advertised goods (which you would think they would as it was their mistake). So I requested the unit be collected and a refund. They took 2 further weeks to collect the unit and then told me it would take a further 14 days for the refund to be received. A month after the unit was returned....still no refund. Fortunately, I paid by PayPal so I have escalated the matter through them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. AWFUL. They use false advertising and then keep your money!!!

Heaven help you if you need spare parts...dreadful company with dubious practices.

Bought a shower enclosure which had been a warranty replacement the company refused to collect from the original customer. Nice product only, when I came to install, it turned out two glass panels were for a smaller model.

As it was way, way beyond any claim date I was resigned to buying the right panels but thought any reasonable company would give me a fair price seeing the mistake was theirs in the first place. However, I then discovered that IbathUK (or Soak or Luxury for Less all exactly the same company although they lie that they are separate) is not a reasonable one... Having said they would have a new shipment, maybe in March (very vague), they flatly refused to deal with me because I wasn't their original customer. Kept saying warranty didn't pass to new owner when I wasn't claiming on a warranty, hiding behind GDPR to avoid engaging, insisting on an authority from the original purchaser with whom only they would discuss and transact replacements!

They just want to sell another packaged product from China and couldn't care a fig if the original product is defective.

Woe betide anyone who buys a house with a Soak/IbathUK product and needs a spare part. Appalling.

You want a light bulb for your Audi car, bought secondhand? Sorry, sir, we can't talk to you because of Data Protection. You need to get authority from the original owner and then we will discuss with him and (maybe) sell him the light bulb, but we won't talk to you or sell you it.

You really couldn't make this stuff up.

Apparently, the company is in financial trouble. Sorry if jobs are threatened, but a company that behaves in such an obnoxious way to customers deserves to go down the pan.

A delivery driver working for iBathUK…

A delivery driver working for iBathUK and delivering to a neighbour reversed into my wall damaging it. The driver drove off without reporting to me.When I rang iBathUK customer service they refused to talk to me on the spurious and nonsensical grounds that as I wasn't the customer Data Protection prevented them from talking to me! Even when my neighbour told them that I had her permission to handle this (completly unnecessarily) they have refused to deal with the issue. They sold through Amazon which has also refused to deal with the issue as I am not the customer. The crime report no is:209-4469-19-4343-NEA (Thames Valley Police) .

Any company that hides behind an illusory respect for data protection needs to be boycotted.

I placed an order on Amazon on December 24th. Delivery confirmed anytime between 27th and 2nd of January.
I tracked my order on December 31st and the delivery is now confirmed by 8pm on January 2nd so I book the day off work and a plumber to fit the new toilet for the day after on Friday 3rd.
Late pm today I first emailed Ibath asking the whereabouts of my order then later on received a text by a courier containing the parcel tracking number and delivery scheduled on January the 6th. I tried to track the item on the courier website but the tracking number does not exist. I called Ibath and asked if they could deliver instead tomorrow or Satuday or Sunday 5th. They replied no so I asked for a refund which will now take up to 14 days. Great!

Not Acceptable!!

Ordered a toilet but cancelled almost straight away , this was on 29thNov . Courier rang to arrange delivery so I explained the situation & that was fine . Then after 4 emails & 18 days later chasing them my refund has finally gone back onto my card . What the hell is that all about with today's tech & how fast other companies seem to be able to refund . Maybe they have some little old man in the basement working all the refund out on his abacus, chalk & a bit of slate !!!!

Do not use this company -

Do not use this company. Still waiting over two months for a refund. We have had to contact amazon to interject. Wasn’t delivered when stated so I had to buy taps and waste elsewhere. I was told I had to pay for return even though it wasn’t delivered on time. I paid for the signature service as proof of delivery. They tried to say they hadn’t received the items even though I have the proof. We are still awaiting refund. They do not contact you back and we tried via email and phone several times.
I agree with all the other negative comments on here.

Amazon ibath review
I've been using Amazon for some time now and have never commented on any company I have dealt with before as issues can arise and have to be allowed for. However this companies service was so bad I had to inform other potential buyers of my experience in dealing with them.
*Order placed 30th Sept
16.42 o'clock.
*Confirmation they items had been dispatched 30th Sept 23.02 o'clock for arrival on Wednesday October 9th.
*They items did not arrive so we messaged them on October 10th to enquire why they had not been delivered as we needed them urgently.
Their 1st reply on the 11th October was to state "they can confirm they items were still being held at the depot and they had asked the carrier to contact us asap"
They did not.
We then used Amazon tracking it stated "Your package was probably delivered as we expected it to arrive by now"
Yet it had not yet been delivered!
A 2nd reply and 1st sincere apology was recieved on the 12th of October and confirmed replacement items were being dispatched as they had encountered a problem with the original items.
By the 14th October they items had still not arrived so we contacted iBath again to please confirm they items would be delivered by the 17th October?
We received a 3rd reply and 2nd sincere apology and they "confirmed they items would now be delivered by the 17th October"
17th October the items did not arrive we had no option but to contact ibath to cancel this order and request our money to be refunded.
We got a 4th reply on the 18th of October with a 3rd apology saying they would inform the courier to return the items and then (only then?) would process our refund.
After messing us about for so long there appears to be no limit to the cheek of this company!
On the 21st October we had to message ibath again to enquire when our money would be refunded?
We received a 5th reply with a 4th apology stating "I can confirm I just chased the courier for this" What??
We message ibath again on the 23rd October asking them to confirm our money had been refunded?
I received no reply
By the 30th we had still not received a reply so we messaged them again this time informing ibath - if we did not receive our money back within two days we will be forced to take this matter up with Amazon!
31st October now a full month since ibath took our money for these undelivered items!
We got a reply from ibath this was their 6th reply & 5th apology in reference to this issue!
Stating - "I can confirm I have raised a refund and this will show back in your account in the next 3-7days.
Finally - well we're hopeful that it is finally!
7th November we received a message from Amazon stating:
We are writing to confirm that we are processing your refund for your Order from iBathUK.
Conclusion -
I will let Amazon users judge for themselves if they think this was a competent way for this company to deal with a trusting customer.
I would prefer not to give them any stars but Amazon required at least one

My experience seems to support a lot of the poor reviews here. Made a simple low value order via Amazon - informed delivery in 4-6 days, but nothing showed up. Contacted Amazon who told me to contact iBathUK(!) who then sent me an email which didn't make sense and concluded item was 'out of stock' - so how come they told me it had been dispatched? Charlatans at best, liars at worst! I'm now holding my breath for a refund - what chance?

Terrible company

Terrible company. sent me a towel rail without any fittings and then I could not get an answer from their phone number. Complained to amazon but they were not able to refund me for the item, just the postage.

Going to put it in the bin and chalk it all up to experience

Avoid this company

Excellent customer service and aftercare

We ordered a new bathroom suite from iBath on Amazon.co.uk which was delivered quickly. However, the sink basin was cracked in transit and after opening a return case in Amazon, I expected this to be a whole lot of hassle to return but they just asked me for some photos which I emailed over and then I followed it up with a phone call an hour or so later. They confirmed they had received the images and have arranged a replacement sink to be sent this week. I have to say having read the reviews here AFTER I had bought, I was pretty nervous but they have been very good and the lady's customer service was excellent. Will definitely use again.

Awful, avoid at all costs

Purchased a toilet via Amazon from this company. They just chucked it in a thin cardboard box with no other packing and shipped it off with Parcelforce.

Not surprisingly it arrived in bits. As did the replacement (although that was disposed of by Parcelforce as it was too dangerous to deliver.

Now struggling to get a refund. Thank goodness I paid bait credit card and can arrange for a chargeback.

Use this company at your peril !!!

AVOID THESE AT ALL COSTS!!

AVOID THESE AT ALL COSTS!! We ordered a new toilet for our house via Amazon and have now been battling with them for over 3 weeks as our order was never delivered to our address! We have been told the item was signed for at our house by a builder despite the fact we have no builders.. we also have a doorbell with a camera that records movement on the drive and on the day they said it was delivered no one came down our drive.. we have sent multiple emails and called Amazon as well only to be told that the item has been delivered and we are not entiltled to a refund! Absolute joke and waste of money from these absolute scammers. Avoid at all costs
