Do not buy from this dishonest company!
The pergola was damaged beyond repair when i received the item. I complained to Ibernest about the damage and was offered to take 50 euro compensation and keep the product. This is impossible as one of the Pergola legs seems as if it has been fun over by a lorry.
I was informed that Ibernest do not send replacement parts as they are liable to be damaged also. The delivery arrived on the 17th of June, and this issue has still not been resolved, i currently have a pergola in pieces and unable to even start building it! If i do not receive the replacement broken parts, then i will have no alternative than to consult my solicitor, as i currently have 980 euros worth of scrap metal! I have asked for a full refund, and for them to arrange for the pergola to be picked up and returned, as specified in their delivery schedule. They have refused to do either!

I ordered and prepaid for a 3 x 3m pergola in April for delivery in the first half of June, after chasing up the order was told delivery would be the second half of June. On the 30th June and still not received any information to when I can expect delivery, I cancelled the order by email. On the 1st and 2nd of July Ibernest have questioned why I am cancelling, despite me answering every time that it was because of the delivery or lack of. I have now sent an official written cancellation withdrawing my order using the words they suggest in their terms and conditions and also asking for a refund of my money. To date I haven't received any acknowledgement of my request or when I can expect my money back. I feel as if they are using delaying tactics and am now wondering if I will ever see the pergola or a refund

Not as efficient as we hoped and delivery company does not follows sellers promises
The air conditioning unit is not working as well as we had hoped, in facet very disappointed with it.
The sellers website stated delivered to your door, the delivery company rang me on the morning to ask for a pin drop and then said they didn't know the area so they were going to leave it at a shop, which wasn't ideal, as we don't have a postal agreement with them, thankfully we saw the delivery out in town and followed him to this shop as mentioned and had the parcel from him even though he said it wouldn't be until 1pm it was actually 11 am. So will we buy from this company again.

We would like to apologize for the issue with the carrier; it seems there was a misunderstanding regarding the shipping conditions. Our website states that delivery is "at street level" (to the door of the building or house), but this in no way justifies the agency's attempt to leave it at an external shop without your consent, forcing you to chase down the truck. We have taken note of what happened to file a formal complaint with the transport company.

Some problems, but now a good result.
Expected delivery half May. Delivered end of May. Delivery not correct. 7 boxes with 1 box missing and 1 box double. Can not set up my garden canopy. Customer service through whats app do not react.
After review Ibernest solved the problem within 10 days. They brought me the missing box and took the other.
Conversation trough mail worked well.
The setup of the garden canopy was not hard. The manual is very good! Most of the work was peeling off the plastic from the shutters.
The screws are poor quality. The material is soft. A little bit force on the screwhead disform, or break. Had to buy new bolts because they did not fit.
But, the result is wonderful! Just like the pictures.

If you are considering buying a jacuzzi from Ibernest, you should know that their warranty is worthless—at least to me, absolutely nothing. What a worthless company as far as I'm concerned. I bought a jacuzzi last November, received it after a long wait, and it broke after 3 days. After 1,000 messages, they stopped answering me, so I've now been stuck with a jacuzzi that doesn't work for 4.5 months. That way, I could put decent prices on my website too. It surprises me that there isn't an authority in Spain that holds them accountable for this, given the proportionate number of complaints.

A good buying experience
We ordered a shed but when it was delivered, a front piece was missing. We contacted Ibernest via whatsapp and they were extremely helpful and courteous. Although it took some time for them to get it from their supplier, they persevered. It was delivered yesterday...not only the missing piece but 3 extra pieces! The piece has now been fitted and the shed looks good.
It did take a lot longer to assemble the full shed than the supplier said, as there were many pieces to it....about 2 days with my husband and a friend doing it. But now completed, looking good and good value for money
