Ibiza chic are so helpful and your purchase arrives quickly. Once in your hands you open the beautifully wrapped item, which is always a joy to receive, and is just as on their website. If this is unsuitable they are so quick to reply and refund. A great company and one I would highly recommend.

Well initially I thought they seemed great! Prompt delivery, beautifully packaged items. Unfortunately the items were not suitable so were returned within the specified time for a refund. After nearly two weeks and still no refund, I politely emailed them . Still nothing, then few days later, another polite email asking when I would expect a refund. Completely ignored once again! Then I tried to call the number on the website …no such number! So yet another email …low and behold, was ignored again! I’ve never actually left a review on anything before but felt the need on this occasion. So disappointing as I did like the clothing very much. Clearly as long as you don’t want to return an item, all is good! I have taken this further to get my money back, but what a shame they are so rude and have no customer care. Do not order from this company!! You’ll never see your money again!

We are deeply upset by your comments as the first email we were aware of, was on 10th August, which we replied to immediately with a screen shot of the refund we issued on 5th August, which was processed the same day we received your returned parcel. Please can you re-check your emails and junk folder as our system is showing that you were also sent an email informing you that we were processing your refund. We have also since checked with the bank and although it states that we have processed your refund correctly at our end, the funds do not seem to have been released, so please can you check with your card provider to see if it was a problem at your end. We have also spoken with our technical team who are looking into why we did not receive your previous communicatons that you sent via our enquiry page, as these should have been redirected to our email address but unfortunately we did not recieve them. Both of these technical issued have led to you thinking we were ignoring you, however I can assure you that this has not been the case at all, as we do try to pride ourselves on offering an excellent service, which has been reflected in all of our other reviews.

Very fast delivery indeed sending lovely items. I'm happy to have found a supplier of boho clothing for wearing in the sunshine and on holiday. Had to return a copy of items that didn't fit, had a very friendly interaction with CS and a refund was issued promptly. Will definitely be an ongoing customer. Thank you!
