Allow plenty of time for order to arrive, at least
Order was placed 26th August, it took until 1st
September for it to arrive. I sent an enquiry by
email, and by phone and nobody has replied to
either. I would like to know why?

Unusually long lead time and incorrect Mg sent
The number of days it took for delivery was far longer than normal and I have emailed but both flavours were the incorrect Mg. That were picked and sent the wrong way around.

Excellent Customer Service
My package was damaged during transit and returned to sender by Royal Mail. I emailed them and they immediately sent out a replacement order without me having to wait.
I have been ordering from Vape Club for a couple of years, and this is the first time I have had an issue - and this wasn't even their fault.
