The only suggestion would be improve the live status of the shipment in the platform. There is a big delay between the platform and the delivery dates.

This is the first time using IBK for a purchase. As I’m in the UK I’d usually source locally but the part I needed wasn’t available over here. The initial ordering and confirmation from IBK was quick and efficient so I’d definitely recommend and use again. Helpfully, they were the only bike retailer with the parts I required.

The only downside of my experience was the shipping - not sure if this was because of the uk postal address. FedEX were not great and I needed to follow up on the delivery several times including contacting their support line. What made it more frustrating was that I received emails on two separate occasions to say the delivery was due that day which clearly wasn’t the case as I could see on the tracking it wasn’t even in the uk. The package finally arrived much later than originally stated but this was the carriers responsibility not the retailers.

They had what I wanted,the correct size and colour at a great price.shipping was fast and efficient.

Good delivery

Hello. I would like to thank the company: IBKSPORT.COM. I bought a Cannondale Habit. The bike arrived in top condition, prepared and packaged. Delivery took a few days longer than stated but everything arrived in good condition. I want to thank the customer service for the quick support. They sent the bike to Slovakia.
