I don’t know how this website has good…

I don’t know how this website has good reviews. I ordered a bike online and after a month of waiting the bike is going to be delivered when I’m not there. It said 4 business days and it’s been 30. The incompetence of the customer support team and delivery team has been shocking. I work in customer support and I help people when they have questions. It’s truly disheartening. I am going to send a chargeback since they have charged my card over 3000 euros and I have had no help.

Please know that your bike has not been forgotten or mishandled. As you specifically requested, we contacted FedEx to reschedule the delivery between April 28th and 30th, in line with your availability:

"Either change the date so it arrives on the 28th–30th (...)"

This is exactly what we did. The shipment has been adjusted to meet your request, and delivery is now planned accordingly.

We also want to explain that the extended Easter holiday in Spain led to delays across various orders, as both our team and suppliers were closed for several days. We regret not being able to provide more frequent updates during that time.

That said, we’re doing everything we can to ensure your delivery goes smoothly. You can also manage or adjust the delivery directly using your FedEx tracking number.

If you have any further questions or need assistance with anything else, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are here to help and make sure everything is resolved to your satisfaction.

Positive experience with online purchase from IBK

I recently purchased an e-bike online from IBK Sport, and the experience was very positive. Their website was user-friendly, making it easy to navigate through various models and specifications. The bike arrived quickly (from Spain to Germany) and was expertly packaged, ensuring it was in perfect condition. Riding my new e-bike has been a joy, and I appreciate the smooth, efficient service from IBKSport. I can only imagine that their in-person service is equally efficient and professional. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to buy a bike.

The delivery and Customer satisfaction is trampled underfoot here!

The delivery and the handling of my associated complaint were the very worst! At first, a flat-rate shipping fee of €12 was shown in the shopping basket. After completing the purchase, however, this had increased 7-fold to €84.
I was expecting a flawless and satisfactory delivery. Unfortunately, I was bitterly disappointed and the box was damaged during transport.
A complaint that I made immediately was not processed at first, only after several enquiries/requests. However, the complaints department showed absolutely no understanding, even though the damaged box and an accompanying scratch were clearly recognisable! There was not even an apology or an offer of goodwill due to the annoyance with the complaint processing.
CONCLUSION: It was the first and also the last order from IBKsport.de!

UPDATE: As espected, there was no further contact as written in your answer/statement! :D This shows me, how hypocritical your company is. It looks like that you want to show to others you're good guys and that you want to pull your neck out of the noose. Unbelieveable. What a lie!

Also, in my very first e-mail I've written that this bike is a birthday-present to my daughter. This is the reason why it wasn't unboxed and not mounted! We have now covered up the scratch caused by the hole with a black sharpie!
