Terrible quality/cut and awful return policy.
Fabric quality is terrible, charged US$70 for a dress that had an awful cut, totally out of proportion. Emailed requesting a return slip to be offered a US$11 refund.

I verified that this is a US company. I placed an order and the website said 5-7 days for shipping.
Two weeks later, after they took my money, no package.
I emailed and they said it was up to two weeks to process the order.
They apologized and asked for a few more weeks.
I said that I wanted it shipped immediately or I would have to cancel my order.
I went to check on the order status and THEY cancelled the order.
I haven’t received my money back yet.

I really sucks when you verify that it is US company to find out they are ordering from China, to ship from the US.

This place needs to be shut down.

Dress fits great and looks good, I was happily surprised it was very alike the ad I ordered from. my husband even loves it. Did take a while to arrive though but I ordered well in advance for an event.

The fabric of the dresses were terribly poor and also ill fitting. The dress is not quite like what is pictured in the website.I wanted to return the items and I was actually offered a price much lower than what I paid! I should receive a full refund. The company gives you a very difficult time for a return. I never received the confirmation email of the order. There was no return form with the package when I received my order.

Ordering was really easy, the website is very user friendly and as an older person, I appreciate that. My dress is just amazing all be it, a small cut but the customer service was excellent. They are responsive, polite and I have my beautiful dress to wear to my daughter’s wedding. Thank you team!

Dress was perfect in size and colour

A total rip off. Dresses nothing like advertised. Cheap fabric, no labels , ill fitting I could go on! Offered compensation which was far less than I paid for the dresses or told I can send back to an address in Dubai!! An expensive lesson learned.

I purchased two dresses believing I could return for refund. They have refused all support and want to charge me the cakes of the dresses £100 to give me return label. Total fraudsters

I purchased a dress from this company after seeing it on Facebook. Once received I discovered that the quality of the dress was very poor. Material was thin. Fit was poor. I inquired about a return and was told to keep the dress and that the company would refund me $10 US. The cost of the dress was $59.99. With mailing charges the total was approx $75. This company is a fraud. Do not purchase anything from them.

This is straight up customer fraud. You definately do not get the advertised clothing. It's ill fitting, completely wrong fabric and unwearable.

Customer service does not even apologize and only offers a small compensation. They put "Money Back Guarantee" on the website, but that is not the truth.

Furthermore the package comes directly from China. There is no UK company behind this and the story with the 2 founding sisters who love sewing seems staged now.

Lost money, do not order there! Horrible!

After a patient wait my item finally arrived. Purchase was what I ordered, and good fit.

I am still waiting for a dress that I ordered 3 weeks ago!!! Have contacted them 4 times and get a computer generated response "Can you wait another week?" terrible customer service and I'm sure I'm unlikely to receive my dress before I want it in a week or even receive it at all. NEVER AGAIN! I should know better!

When I first received my order, I queried the dress design as it looked different to the picture, but when I zoomed in properly, I can see that it was the right one. However, the image I reviewed prior to purchasing looks more subtle and soft as opposed to the dress that I received that looked more like a pink army pattern dress.
Nonetheless, the dress was lightweight and nice to wear, and washes well.

PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! The return policy is awful. As others said they will offer you seven dollars credit. My purchase was $87.00. I refused the $7.00 and argued with them till they finally gave me a return authorization but at my expense. I was given a Dubai address to return the merchandise which I paid and then 4 months later the merchandise was returned to me "stating incomplete address return to sender" Please buy from reputable companies.
