JR700 breakdown

Bought a JR700 vacuum about 2 years ago. The roller and light have stopped working so I contacted Buture to get it fixed under their 3 year guarantee. Their response was great, they have isolated the issue and are sending a replacement part. Very efficient.

***DO NOT BUY BUTURE***I purchased a cordless Buture vacuum…

I purchased a cordless Buture vacuum from Amazon. I registered the warranty online with Buture, resulting in confirmation of 3 year warranty.
The vacuum stopped working, I contacted Buture 3 times with no response.
I submitted a trustpilot review to warn prospective customers and within days received a reply.
From the information I provided, they identified an issue with the battery. Unfortunately, because the item was purchased through Amazon and not direct, it was not covered under e year warranty.
However, if I was prepared to edit, change my original trustpilot review they would send a free battery.
I agreed to Daisy's offer.
Since then, despite several more e mails, Daisy has failed to respond and no replacement battery.

Non existent customer support.

This review is about the experience not the product which I haven't yet tried. I'll review that when the time comes for it to be needed in an emergency.
I added a beta07 to my cart then after reviewing the beta05 decided that would be suitable and around £40 to 50 cheaper. So I went back into the shopify cart to delete the beta07 but it immediately paid for the one in the cart! Rubbish checkout process (partly Shopify).
Of course I immediately contacted buture and they responded overnight (likely a Chinese firm) and they offered a discount or cancellation. I confirmed cancellation immediately but the product still shipped.
This was resolved by a helpful member of staff called 'Daisy'. However my trust in the firm would be far better if they responded and acted when I first asked them to.

Vacuum failed in less than a year and support is unresponsive

I purchased a vacuum cleaner and after less than one year of normal household use the vacuum became unusable.

The internal hose inside the floor brush head completely disintegrated. The material became brittle and cracked in multiple places, which caused a major loss of suction. This is not a consumable part but a structural internal component of the brush, so it should not fail this quickly. The failure clearly looks like material degradation or a design flaw using very cheap materials.

A replacement brush head is expensive and requires additional shipping costs, and there is no confidence that the same defect will not happen again.

I also contacted the manufacturer directly and customer support has been unresponsive, which makes the situation even more frustrating.

For a vacuum cleaner to fail in less than a year because of a critical internal component is very disappointing. Based on this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend Buture products due to concerns about durability and customer support. I would never buy again.

Unfortunately I bought a cordless hoover off the back of the site's reviews. My experience doesn't reflect the reviews. The battery doesn't last very long so I can't completely hoover my 2 bedroom house in 1 go. The sunction on max power is quite poor and uses the battery extremely quickly

Don't buy from this company

Finally got problem resolved and Daisy sent out a replacement telescopic tube which seems to have resolved the problem. Just a shame, you have to put a poor review on Trustpilot to get a response and a solution to the problem. One thing I noticed when contacting by email in the "Contact Us" page, the email address said "@ibuture.com but I got an email from @iputure.com.

As an add on to my review below which prompted Bute to respond - seems the only way to get Bute to respond. They offered to send a replacement telescopic tube. This would not solve the issue as the screw that holds the tube in place keeps coming lose deeming the hoover not fit for purpose. I demanded a refund and now after a week, they have gone back to ignoring me. Terrible customer service - don't buy - total waste of money.

Don't buy from this company. I brought a BP20 Advanced Cordless vacuum cleaner which is not fit for purpose. I contacted them in January 2026 on their "contact us" page twice and sent 3 further emails. The screw keeps coming out holding the head of the hoover and results in wires being exposed. The wires are exposed down the tube that draws the dust up the hose and obviously stops the hoover being used as the fluff gets stuck in wires. A bad design. I have not had the decency of a reply 2 months later. I want a refund for a product that cannot be used and is not fit for purpose and a waste of money.
