Quick and easy to deal with. My experience was great, people make a great work from the input you provide then researching and compiling information for showing it so you can focus on the details, they make the hard job and make it much easier for you.

I appreciated Jesse taking time to listen to what I was after while at the same time informing me about other developments you have available.

Initially all sounded great but then when on the phone with potential person with developer connections felt like we didn't really get a chance to explain our situation fully. We had given answers based on a very early search in our process but they were taken as the only options when we might have been flexible for the right offer. For example location, one place was mentioned and dismissed straight away, we know that location and although its another 5km from our prefered location we wouldn't be against at least having a look.
Felt a bit deflated after the conversation.

Isabel presented the advantages of buying an apartment instead of a house & land package for an investor, which was something I never considered.

This was just the initial consultation and I'm already sold.
