Don't live in Germany? Still worth it!
Although I live in Portugal and don't speak German, it was hardly any trouble to autotranslate the pages and assemble the gaming computer I wanted. The prices were quite good, so it was worth importing.
It also helps that the website looks clear and professional. I noticed that many custom PC websites look very messy. If they can't make a good website, then it's hard to trust that they can build a good computer.
I paid extra to ensure that the computer would be sent within 3 working days and fortunately they already sent it on the 2nd day. I also paid for extra safe packaging for it to survive the international shipment. I'm glad I did, because the outer box had some serious damage! Fortunately the real box was inside the outer box so the computer was unharmed.
I picked the cheapest PSU and unfortunately it malfunctioned by making very annoying loud high-pitched noises. Of course a cheap PSU can be less reliable. Fortunately customer support was helpful and quickly sent a replacement PSU, so that I could return the broken one. Even though I spoke poorly translated German and I live in Portugal, their customer support was kind, responsive and helpful!
