scam for sure. all shoes in stock that are sold out. and all shoes at same 89.99 EUR price... SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO NOT BUY HERE!

Still no refund for shoes I never received and 0 help after nearly three months. Please avoid as your money will just be taken.

I have ordered the 12th of February (number 16648), still no shoes! And no respons to mails I send! It is a scam and I will report it!

Okay this is something VERY strange, I placed an order about 3 months ago and then I received no tracking or any response to email or WhatsApp etc .... But suddenly today my package arrived which is awesome! Legit Nike Air Force One React's in original box etc. RECOMMENDED!!!!

I bought some shoes on the 5th of March and they arrived three weeks later, on the 28th (they were supposed to come within 15 days). Beware, the shoes come from China. As the shoes were running a bit late, I emailed IBuySneakers but they did not reply. I did so a few more times after that but they did not reply to a single email I sent.
So the customer service is terrible and needs to improve, and the website should say that the shoes come from China. But I did receive the shoes, and they were cheap.

i am writing because i have ordered two sneakers from this website ibuysneakers.com , and i didn't receive them
The first one is an "nike air force one yellow" which order number is #11499 ,i ordered it till October 9th 2021 and i got charged of 86,99€,it is been almost 7 months now
And till this day i didn't get delivered and they did not respond to my email reminders on their email address

The second one is a"Travis scott cactus air force one" which order number is #16671,i ordered it till February 13th 2022 and i got charged of 90€,it is been more than one month now
And i didn't get any reply from them regarding my email reminders
Indeed i am an undisputed customer of this site because i have bought 8 pairs of shoes from it and i have received all of them except these two that i mentionned above
I am writing here because they owe me 2 pairs of shoes or 176,99€ refund(the sum of the prices of the two shoes that i didn't received till now)
And the fact that they didn't reply my email and didn't give me any explanation of their delay means they scammed me
So to fix the situation, i need them to do the right thing by giving me a 176,99€ refund or by shipping me my 2 pairs
I hope that the authorities of this site will answer me here finally

I was a bit sceptical ordering shoes since there were many negative reviews. Nonetheless I placed my order and the shoes arrived after 11 working days as announced when placing the order! The shoes were shipped from China which I was not expecting (I was expecting shipment from Spain) and on weekends the website seems to be overloaded (hence the negative reviews --> cannot access account and website does not work correctly). Also there was no shipping information via Email as I was told. In general I'm very happy with my purchase but customer communication and the website can be improved!

Scammmmmmm!!!! Since 17 October 2021 with order number (#12237) I am still waiting to get a refund for an €80 euros sneakers I ordered, which was not delivered because (Ibuysneakers) "doesn't have it in stock as they claimed" . Instead of refunding me my money or replying my many emails to them directly, after my last review on Trustpilot, they are asking for more information through Trustpilot and inderectly asking for a direct access to my Trustpilot account!!! What a scam!!

My order was not completed... impossible to contact them... website links take you round in circles !!!

Clearly a SCAM

They responded to my requests very quickly and efficiently. Alice was very close and at all times she gave me good solutions. My order was canceled and in a few hours I had the payment of the money in my account again. I will repeat ;-)

Update : i have had z very good contact true whatsapp, i now have the link for the shoes and have been informed very good !
I have ordered the sneakers in 14/10, i have send q Mail to ask the status , i got answer that i have to contact true whatsapp, but you dont answer me?

We bought sneakers on 7 Sep, and recieved them on 6 Okt. We live in the Netherlands. We are very happy with the sneakers but also with the support by Whatsapp. When we for example ask the status of the order we prompt recieved a reply. They are very helpful and do their utmost to help,
