Good Morning Kirsty
We are very sorry to hear you are unhappy with the fit of your item and the smell.
We have emailed you this morning and tried to call you a couple of times. We just want to make sure you have the correct raincover for your pushchair.
Again been very hot and no rain since I purchased the product and part of the bundle price. But I had it when I had my first two children. Just handy to have it as our typical and unpredictable weather conditions.
