Sprightly. Aero 50 ll transformed my bike.
I had a set of G25s on my gravel bike which are great wheels and pretty light but switching to the Aero 50 ll turned it from a gravel bike feel to a responsive road bike feel. Dancing up the hills and leaping out of corners. Great stiff wheels, very light and robust. My new favourite wheel set.

Wheels came damage free but both wheels were untrue. They are a little bit lighter than my previous wheels(slr 1) and rolls better. Overall, the wheels are great for its price but sending an untue wheels is just so bad especially if you don't have a truing stand and having it trued in the bike shop is not cheap.

Great frame, I have the original gravel frame for 6 years, and recently upgraded to gravel 2. Easy to assemble, routing cable was easy integrated bar routing holes placed in the right spots made it a breeze. Definitely will recommend. Will be purchasing a wheel set soon!

It was a continuous struggle to become proficient, as it was hard to get technical answers.

First of all, the exterior, something that Japanese people care about, was in very good condition.
There was no deviation in the accuracy of the product.

I love my 6.8kg carbon road bike that I bought from them in 2014.
I have over 20,000km on that bike.
It is an excellent bike with no trouble at all other than the one caused by my falls.

They recently were instrumental in getting me parts that were no longer in production. If I buy a new bike in the future, I will always go with ICAN.

Please resell a complete disc brake bike that weighs less than 6.9 kg!

Rather than simply processing orders from online shops, they proposed the most reasonable payment method. Communication regarding payment was done via email, and I was very satisfied with the quick replies and the information provided. The product arrived quickly, was carefully packaged, and the accessories were just what I needed. The quality of the product is high and I had no problems using it.

The star-rating of this company is 4 out of 5. This is based on the impression of the product purchased. The overall shopping experience at this supplier should be 3. This is because of the uncomfortable experience I had during the ordering and shoppiing process. After I placed order on-line, I received an e-mail enquiry a few days later from a service agent who asked me about the details of the order, eg. order number, product specification and other details. This was not supposed to be a query from a service agent. Furthermore, I was asked to cancel the order and place a new one, despite the fact that a credit card payment had been confirmed. I did as told by the agent and placed a new order for the same product (a set of road bike wheels) after verifying a credit card refund from ther service personnel. The agent insisted on making the payment by a second credit card through PayPal.

So my uneasiness is: why going through all this after making the initial payment? Obviously, the agent was not happy about a few payment errors I made with the first credit card. After going through the process , the product was delivered about a week later.

The purchased items were to my satisfaction going beyond my expectation and I have no complaints whatsoever. My only concern at the moment is whether or not a refund would be made as they suggested it would. I only hope everything will be controlled and managed so that I would enjoy my bicycling experience with the purchased product with complete peace of mind.

The customer service was kind and polite, and the product was of good quality. Also, if I have a chance, I will buy it again next time.

I took the plunge and switched from the default aluminum wheels on a cross bike from a famous manufacturer that costs less than 100,000 yen. I was a little worried because I purchased it online, but it turned out better than I expected. The rowing is much lighter than before, and the cruising speed is on a different level than before. Now that I can get a decent speed, I feel less anxious when driving on the road.
However, it is a bit disappointing that, perhaps due to the recent rise in prices, the prices have risen more than before, making it difficult to purchase. Then, there is no doubt that the cost performance is still high.

They dealt with my opinions politely and gave me more informative advice. Furthermore, their product I bought was wonderful thing. Ordered color is also brilliant.

This is the first carbon wheel. It's a wonderful run.

I haven't got any parts other than the frame, so it will take some time to use, but I'm looking forward to it.

I try to use the carbon wheels first time, l can feel the difference, especially comfortable riding.

It took about 10 days from order to arrival. I was happy with the quick response. The only thing is that the rim tape that comes with it is a bit weak and unreliable.

User Interface isn't perfect.
Selection of Option is not good.
