I bought something online where they used ICanPay as the payment processor, the payment failed but ICanPay still took the money from my account. I contacted their support and was given the runaround for weeks, I then had to contact my bank to reverse the charge.

Just read some of the other reviews of this company and you'll see this is not a one off, they do this to a lot of people. How they are still in business I have no idea.

I have all the evidence, which I can post if needed. Bruce Lee from ICanPay (if that's his real name) is absolutely useless.

I have used iCanPay for almost a year now. We had some problems initially but overall they are the fastest and the safest I have used so far. We process over 50k a month and we dont experience any problem with deposits and processing payments.

This is a negative -10 stars. The worst card processing company. I had a recommendation for iCanPay from another business and after setting it up and having it work intermittently on my business website, I found a more reliable and reputable ecommerce provider. I have contacted them to cancel and get my money refunded for services that are not working half the time and since I am a smaller business, I can imagine they could care less. I am reporting them to BBB and everywhere I can until they refund my money. Wordpress has also removed their plugin, most likely due to their bad business practices. Please make sure you research them before getting into any business with them.
