I don’t want to give any star actually! I bought a hair curler which advertised on their website as ProCurl, after almost a month waiting I received a damaged package came all the way from China and inside a copy version of ProCurl ( Chineses brand!)! Even worse the machine doesn’t have European plug so I cannot even use it!! Tried to contact what they called Customer Service a few times by email the last few days and still no single reply from them! I’m still hoping that they will get back to me even thought I don’t think I will get anything back from them! Really bad!
