They false claim that the parts are OEM & original, they aren't

They sell smartphone spare parts The website claims very clearly in their product descriptions of most of the products that quality of the product is "OEM"(meaning the part has been manufactured and provided by the brand of which the device you will be purchasing the part for & "original quality" which almost every business in the market tries to claim and due to being normalized can be considered to be responsibility of the buyer to be careful.
But even after false claiming "OEM". which i while ordering believed to be true. The business itself is not an authorised service provider of any brand but can be a distributor.
So i bought a Samsung phone battery understanding from their product description that the part is OEM(from Samsung itself) As no other company or seller is allowed ot use the any company logo on their parts without permission. So these guys also added that logo to the part to mimic it.
When i received my order in 10 days. I found out that the original packaging and the serialization and all that samsung provides is not their, hence i was sure that the part is aftermarket and have been claimed as OEM falsely. So i contacted support for a solution possibly a partial refund equivalent to a fair price in the market of an aftermarket part, at first day i got no reply, second day i wrote another mail including the pictures of unboxing and asking them for any other information that they may provide.
And on third day the support replies exaclty "Hi, what is GSPN". A business claiming parts to be OEM and do not knows about GSPN was a clear sign for me that this conversation is not going to be easy and straight forward so i replied him with all the answers and the support guy kept referring to their T&Cs which i also went through and it had nothing related to the topic and i told him that their is nothing mentioned and ignoring the facts and my previous messages he blamed me for knowing that the part was not original. At this point i was on the last day of return validity.
In context, i used the part the next day i received the part as it was for a customer. I even mentioned it to them but being too much irresponsible of their support and service. They just kept delaying so that i pass the return deadline and asked me to return the product axactly on last valid date along with blaming me for misunderstanding the clearly mentioned description. Unbelievable.
